Never again. Called in for delivery.. driver called us on his way because he was lost, GPS malfunction! He was literally 1min away when he called but it took him a good 10min to find us (no delivery guy had ever had that kind of hard time finding us).
The samosa entrees were kept in a brown bag so indeed they came to us cold, the crust was too think and missing taste. we ordered the butter chicken, the mix vegetables sides and the beef kabab masala. The butter chicken was tasty but WAY too spicy, the chicken pieces were so small and thin, where its supposed to be cubes. The beef kebab was with the lowest quality meat, it tasted like a greasy sausage (really not what is a beef kebab) and also was too spicy. i usually am able to est spicy but at a certain limit, this was 911 spicy, i couldnt even finish my plate. There should be an option for having it less spicy (aka eatable) or at least to have a warning in the menu that it is way more spicy than typical indian meal... I will never order from this...

Food taste had significantly gone down. Been customer for 13 years now.. I have sadly stopped purchasing food 5 month ago. The quality of food is below average and the Pakistani freshness and authenticity is lost. Often the meat is a little raw and oftenly is not fresh if the food is picked up rather than dining-in. The biggest weak point of the restaurant is the service and the staff. As noted many times, when someone goes to pickup their order, the staff totally ignores you and makes you wait very long before coming to rudely ask you for your order or either you scream for them to listen to you.
There is a thin girl that works at the cash. I have nothing against her but her attitude as customer service is terrible. Maybe she is that way and not at all meant to work for serving customers. She may suit well in other kind of jobs where no clientele...
Read moreWe were guests in one of my friends house who lives in Jarry. Beacause we were full we ordered 4 kabab rolls. The waiter said "just kabab rolls!!" in a very weird and sarcastic manner. Anyways we expected kabab rolls to be good. But trust me it was nothing but a little peice of beef kabab loosely wraped in a cold hard naan with some thick slices of tomatoes, onions and cucumbers. The roll was unwrapped as soon as the first bite. We were able to eat very less so packed almost half of it for home. We also ordered for pepsi but the waiter did not get it. On coming to know this later the manager was very kind enough to offer us pepsi for free but it was not needed then because we were done eating. The manager was really very kind and compassionate. But the waiter was really very weird. I am writing this review so that you really improve the kabab rolls because $5 shwarmas are...
