Pizza Pizza — Restaurant in Montreal

Poor customer service. Impolite behaviour by an Arab woman who always works there. Though the shop closes at 12 am, she closed dine in at 11:00am. We entered pizza pizza at 11:15 and she was serving another client, she came to us running and asked us to place the order. We said her that we need 5 minutes to decide. Meanwhile she went to the toilet and when she came she saw that my sister grabbed one chair to sit as we wait on ordering and getting our pizza. My sister is 9 month pregnant so she had to sit as she was tired. The woman came running from the toilet and started yelling that dine in is closed. We said my sister was pregnant and needed to sit until we order and wait. She then said there is only wings available at the moment and that they can’t serve us now. She was so aggressive. We then said her that initially you asked us to order then why are you changing statements now. She became angry and left. We called Pizza pizza customer service and they said us that we can place order until 12 am and that they will have to give us. The customer service was ready to confirm order with us. But We later did not place any orders online because we were very upset with the woman’s behaviour and did not want to see her again. Later we went to the nearby dominos which also closes at 12:00 am but was serving client until 11:59pm. It was also professional and polite. On going to Dominos we realize that Pizza Pizza, especially this particular branch really needs to work on customer service. We are seeing this Arab woman, most probably from Morocco, since 5 years working in this pizza pizza. She has always being rude but today she definitely crossed her limits . She was aggressive. Definitely not going to this Pizza Pizza again and will also recommend my other local mates to stop going there and opting for...

Service is terrible. They put less and less toppings on the pizza. You have specials that they can't find in their computers but you'll see them online. So if you go at the restaurant, it will cost you way way more. They don't speak french. Their customer service is most likely in another country. If your order online and they miss inventory, like plant based cheese or pepperoni, or any toppings, you will be notified later by phone. This happened at this restaurant at least 5 times. Can't believe I kept ordering there, I'm an idiot. They don't refund you your earned money btw, they just keep it, even if it's their mistake. They treat you like they don't care. Was mainly going for vegan options, but not ever again. I encourage people to boycott this place. If they can't even pay someone to answer the phone in this province, that says a lot. Will encourage smaller business from now on or make my own pizza. Maybe I'll be able to have more than one mushroom on an extra-large, this...
