Boustan Restaurant — Restaurant in Montreal

I noticed a scummy practice by the people that work here. Whenever I place an order in person they usually give a great amount of protein (chicken, beef, and/or mixed) to accompany the shawarma. However, whenever I place an order for pickup via ubereats the same workers (I see them during the same shift during my lunch hours) put less than the bare minimum of protein/meat. I noticed this on every single instances where I opt to use the Ubereats to place a pickup order to use a promo of 'Buy 1 and get 1 free'. The end results of EVERY SINGLE PICKUP order is tons of salad dressing and barely any meat.

Also, the same workers always add less than a tablespoon of garlic onto my side of potatoes (I'm not exaggerating). I've gone to other Boustan's, where there's always a generous amount of garlic sauce to accompany my potatoes. Why is it that in this location, there is less than a tablespoon of garlic sauce? What directives has this franchise owner set out forth their workers? This is damaging the reputation of Boustan...

Only reason I put two stars rather than one is because when things to go according to plan the food is just alright to get me through my lunch break. Also, my unsolicited advice to this particular Boustan at Parc Ex? Get away with deals such as 'buy one, get one free' if your workers will just end up adding plenty of vegetables and...

I stopped by Boustan Restaurant for a quick bite and had a decent experience. We went there when it 1st opened they had the Pita special and noticed it hardly had any meat inside. We were 5 co workers and we said maybe because it's a special. When we went back today they hardly had any meat inside for the price we payd. The guy made us wait 10 minutes for potatoes and hardly gave us any sauce when we even asked for extra and were willing to pay more.
