Read moreI never leave bad reviews but gosh. This place was terrible. I ordered a large hot chocolate and a chipotle chicken wrap with fries. After an absurd wait of more than 10 minutes I received a grilled cheese. I informed them of the mistake and waited another 10 minutes for the wrap and left. When I got back to my desk to eat, maybe 5 minutes away, I took a bite of the wrap and threw the rest away. The chicken was like a crusty piece of leather, and there was a slab of EGG in the wrap. A breakfast wrap seriously? I said #10 combo, how do you get the sandwich wrong twice with that info. The fries were like unsalted cardboard. Plus, then I realized they gave me a medium when I paid for a large. Literally nothing could have been messed up...
Read morePosting since i am back in town. It happened last week i was standing in line for my regular coffee enjoying the rain outside. Suddenly came a turbaned man and went straight to the counter asking for coffee. I thought the employees gonna serve him first since they were talking in some local language, but to my surprise the lady made him go back in the line and treated him as equal as everyone. I sat there enjoying my coffee and that guy again started yelling at the staff working out there but they handled it pretty well. Back again Sunday Morning i saw the same guy breaking the line again and talking with a short girl in their local language and laughing and we people standing in the line like idiots waiting for our turns. Its the first time i am posting a review so please take this into consideration else i will lodge a formal complaint Regarding it to Tim Hortons higher Authority.
