Wont speak for in-store, but just dont order on uber eats.
Ordered a promo set from UE that came with : 2 Pizzas, a Large Fry, a 2L Drink and a Chocolate Cake
2L Drink: we asked for coke, and got pepsi. No big deal! Most places do this.
Chocolate Cake: With the size of the combo, we were expecting one of those McCains chocolate cakes most pizza places give, it was actually just a bag of Two-Bite Brownies. Kind of strange, but... whatever.
Large Fry: This "large" was about the same size as a medium from mcdonalds. With the size of the order I was expecting a much bigger portion, but again, benefit of the doubt. These were also dry and stale as __ but I'll give benefit of the doubt to the delivery time.
Where it gets crazy is the actual pies. We ordered 2 pizzas, with different toppings. Put simply: one with pork, one without. One spicy, one not.
The horror upon opening the pizza boxes, only to realize that the toppings ordered were simply slapped onto both pizzas was shocking to say the least. So instead of two "Three Topping Pizzas" we got two SIX topping pizzas. Which on paper sounds cool, but when you see the absolute mountain of soggy toppings, on a very below average pizza, it just turns into a nightmare. This tasted more like an insane subway sandwich than pizza.
Sensory overload.
Anyways, I'm sure 50% of the blame is on the way uber eats submits orders, and i'm sure a lot of this is just "lost in translation" from ordering online, but ultimately? None of it was...
Read moreWe had 2 new staff members and they made a mistake on the address but gave the business name. Although they often deliver here twice even 3 times in the same day and know the place very well they didn’t call us and returned back to the resto asking our staff to pay a penalty of 10$ so they can delivery again here. I called to make sense of it all but whn the girl on the phone was extremely rude I asked to speak to the supervisor and she rudely said: I am the supervisor and we will never again deliver at your place. Unbelievable mean rude and disrespectful. A service they allow themselves bcz their pizzas a low in cost and they have plenty of clients but in due time sadly whn you think u can afford to be rude to loyal clients the time will come whn you’ll wish you had our daily calls and business. I called F+F and wow a they say everything happens for a reason. The person who answered was the owner, Paul what a sweet man he not only has amazing pizza. I did not get heartburn after eating their pizza bcz they have a much better tomato sauce, which used to give me heartburn at St-Henri every time, I also saw their nasty kitchen once so my fellow Montrealers don’t over from here try F&F! Clean kitchen and great food and wow service! Cheap pizza isn’t worth the rude service we received after being loyal for many yrs specially during covid hard times....
Read moreHorrible Restaurant. Horrible food. I ordered from them last year and said never again but unfortunately I forgot about my experience and after getting my order it all came back to me and sure enough it was exactly like the last time. Pizza was lousy and the poutine was cold and soggy and on top of that they charge you the taxes and give you a fake invoice without the restaurant name on it or the required provincial and federal tax numbers. So if you wanted to declare it as a business expense it will be invalid. I remember complaining about this the last time I ordered and they basically hung up on me. They have been doing this for at least a year and are pocketing an extra 15 percent. I will be contacting Revenue Quebec and the CRA to make a complaint and hopefully they will do an audit and close...
