Pizzeria Bros (HoMa) — Restaurant in Montreal

We came here a couple weeks ago, it was a friday or saturday evening and the place was rather empty. This location is spacious and very mordern, there is lots of room for seating or waiting around.

We tried one of their classic "bros" pizza which had fresh mozzarella, cherry tomatoes and arugula. Just like advertised, the pizzas are baked and ready infront of you in a matter of minutes. The dough is thin so it's very quick to cook, and they prepare everything on a counter in front of you, similar to a Subway shop where you can pick any toppings you want. We also tried once of their piri piri chicken sandwich which is made with the same dough, just folder in half and baked the same way. The portion and pricing was very fair - the flavors were fresh, flavorful and the whole experience was favorable.

It seems there has been a big change in quality, atmosphere, and customer service since the last time I visited this restaurant about a year ago.

I had a customized pizza with chicken, onions, peppers, etc. and it was absolutely delicious. My girlfriend is vegan and she was very excited to hear that they had vegan alternatives. Not only that but she loved it! She told me it was her favourite vegan pizza that she has tried in Montreal, including Fugazzi pizza, Pizzeria Zac, etc.

The man working was very friendly and helpful, explaining the different options and giving us recommendations. They even had a little terrace set up in front which my girlfriend and I enjoyed.
