We went to celebrate a friend’s birthday and everything was absolutely delicious. We had Butter Chicken, Chicken Chettinad, and Curry, and wow—absolutely delicious! Every dish was full of flavor, and the garlic naan was among the best we’ve ever had.

But beyond the food, what I truly want to highlight is the staff. Our waiter was incredibly kind, attentive, and accommodating. During the evening, our friend gave my boyfriend over $100 to buy something, and while we were busy caring for our baby, we accidentally left the money under a plate. When we realized and called back—almost certain the money was lost—we were amazed to hear they had found it and kept it safe for us.

That level of honesty is rare these days and speaks volumes about the integrity of the people working there. We left not only delighted with the food, but also deeply grateful for the entire experience.

We’ll definitely be coming back...

Edit: the place is now bigger! The new setup should alleviate some of the issues mentioned down below.

One thing though regarding your website. Please don't push so much for tips when ordering online. I order online and come pick up the food. There's literally no service so why make us feel bad?

Old review: Food is delicious. The waiter is really nice too. We really enjoy the food there and the front of the house guy does his best.

Now we went twice on the week end and the place was busy and the person there is alone, which results in a slightly bad experience. Twice, it took more than 2 hours due to the slow service. It's unfortunate and I hope they hire a help for busy days.

Finally, there is a constant stream of delivery people crossing the place (the till is at the back) and waiting there. If you have the tables by the kitchen, multiple people are there waiting next to you standing the...

I have been to this place multiple times now. I have to say this that being an Indian you crave for the good food you get at home and this place offers you exactly that. They have set the bar so high, I am no longer satisfied with any other place in Montreal. I have never seen any Indian restaurant making their own samosas. This place does that. Please do not pay attention to those reviews who say they didn't get "free rice or certain dish" but they got it free at another restaurant. They are not reviewing the quality of food this place has to offer. No matter the type of dish, Food here is always fresh, is of high quality and always tastes better than other ones in Montreal area. I'd like to give a thumbs up and advise whoever is reading this review to visit one time and see...

Went there for dine in with friends and what an amazing discovery. Despite the restaurant being very very busy on Friday night, they were extremely patient and welcoming. 10/10 for the service. Here are few highlights from our evening: 1. Vegetable Pakora and Fish pakora were perfect for appetizers. 2. The naan bread is the best in Montreal so far in my opinion. It was served super super fresh. 3. All the vegetarian options that we had on the table : eggplant bhartha , bhindi masala and daal makhani are must try. 4. Butter chicken and Chicken tikka masala were a delight. Thank you for your kind service and very happy to have an Indian restaurant in the neighborhood. Can’t wait to try other options on the menu.

I love Indian food and this was my first time here. It's near my sisters house so she has been here before. It was delicious. We both had the chicken Vindaloo, both asked for extra-spicy. Started with onion bhajee and samosas, both were really good. The vindaloo was to die for! We shared a side of rice and a naan and it was more than enough. I even ended up bringing alot home for lunch the next day..lol Nice atmosphere. Only slight complaint is there was one 2 servers for the whole place and it was getting busy where we were there. Didn't slow down our meal that much, but I felt sorry for them running around so much. Definitely will go back!

Food and service was incredible! If you love Indian cuisine then this place should be on your to do list when visiting Montreal! Had the deepfried paneer as an appetizer and it was delicious. They give you tamarind and mint sauce for dipping.Ordered the side naan to go with our meal and they give you two huge slices of garlic naan! Had the chicken tikka on the BBQ menu. Served piping hot and super tender with lovely spices and a side of mint sauce on the side. My boyfriend had the Madras lamb curry and is normally picky with lamb but absolutely loved the Madras lamb curry. Server was attentive and billigual! Also service was extremely fast!
