Pizzeria Bros (Village) — Restaurant in Montreal

The WORST pizza I have had. I am not exaggerating. The dough was raw, sauce tastes artificial and the service/organization is a complete mess. Plus, it is very small pizza for the price you pay.

Arrived and I was the only customer. Had to wait about 5-10 min for them to take my order. The whole process was a mess. Sanitary conditions were not appropriate (one guy touched the ingredients after moving/playing with his mask several times). After 15 min (in addition to the initial 5-10 min), they completed my order and I noticed they forgot an ingredient even though it was written down. When I got home, I saw that the dough was raw (parts of it were not completely cooked, and I was able to stretch it). Ingredients lacked taste and the whole pizza tasted like oily cardboard.

Pizza was delicious. I have ordered a 4 Fromagge and it was fantastic. Service however was very bad and unfriendly. I got there 21h30, half hour before their closing time. The guy asked if I was going to eat in and I’ve said yes. I noticed he was not very happy with that. He was so unfriendly that I’ve decided to take it away and eat in my hotel. The place is nice, empty most of the time unfortunately. Staff was welcoming and helped through the process of making the pizza, nice that they have also whole wheat dough and lots of other ingredients to choose from. Less nice was the price, for 2 pizzas and 2 bottled beers price was over 70$, a bit much for the experience, considering that is basically a fast food for pizza.
