Pizzeria Miss Jean-Talon Souvlaki — Restaurant in Montreal

EDIT#2: The owner called today from his personal cell phone to apologize for what happened. He explained that he fixed the pricing online so that we would no longer have discrepancy issues. He then continued to offer us a free pizza for the trouble. I can respect a person who stands up and takes responsibility. So dinner is covered tonight, and I can honestly say we'll be ordering once again from Miss Jean Talon!!!! Thank you for the free pizza 🍕.

EDIT: The management no longer wishes to honor their online pricing. They now charge five dollars on top of the pricing they have online. This is not about the 5 bucks. This is purely about principle. If you want to charge more, then fix your online pricing!! This used to be my go to for ordering but after the undocumented increase we had to pay in order to receive our food it will be our last. If they treat their frequent customers like this, I would hate to see how they treat others. Unfortunately, my review drops to one star and that's honestly because I am unable to give them ZERO!! Never again!

Miss JT is an amazing Hotspot with great food. I've had many different menu items and have never been disappointed. The only thing....is their menu items are priced at a certain total and then when the driver gets here the total is $5 more than advertised. Used to be thankful for how late they stay open but they've unfortunately just lost a customer. This is the second time in just a couple days that I've had to call in for a complaint.

The first time I complained, they delivered my order in an hour and a half. The second time, my food came in at a reasonable time... But the chicken in our souvlaki pitas were RAW! My boyfriend had already eaten half of the pita when he realized his chicken was still chewy and pink.

I called the restaurant right away, and she tells me that they'd send in 1 new pita (out of the 2 I ordered) because I told her I didn't want to risk getting sick. She then proceeded by telling me "someone must've ordered extra TENDER chicken and mixed the order up". (Frankly, I don't think anybody would voluntarily ask for Salmonella?) We basically butchered the whole pitas just to find raw chicken pieces. I mean, I understand mishaps happen but she was trying to justify the raw chicken and giving me attitude. Didn't want to give a refund and wanted to send new pitas instead, but honestly not trusting their food anymore.

Thankfully, JUST EAT customer service is refunding us back. We are not ordering from this restaurant again.

PS: If you add any extra instructions on the Just Eat app, you might want to call in to remind them to check this before preparing your food because they totally disregard that. So beware for...

Stop being racist to people!!!! I'm a Skip driver and received an order from this restaurant. I've arrived and confirmed my order number. The girl at desk said the order will be 10 mins even though order was meant to be ready according to my app. I did not make a big deal and said i will be waiting in my car. I came back inside after 10 mins and food was not ready, I still did not make a big deal until she handed the order to me with a bad manner. I thought i was absolutely understable for them forgetting the order. We all humans we all forget. She did not even say sorry or bye and I was very upset so I said you could have said sorry for keeping you waiting for 15 mins. She said i dont have to say sorry. I said its called humanity. The was a man sitting on a table i assume he was the boss. He said this is Canada in a very racist way. He also said get your self another job.I replied saying all I was expecting was a little sorry, you dont have to be racist. I'm a young man working in a full time job and after my full time job i do deliveries to reach my aims in life. I probably pay much more taxes then you. You dont even half of your orders through the till.
