I recently had the pleasure of dining at the restaurant where Kevin works, and I must say that he provided me with an exceptional level of service. From the moment I arrived, Kevin's friendly and attentive demeanor made me feel welcome and comfortable.

As I perused the menu, Kevin provided valuable insight and recommendations, ultimately helping me decide on the Butter Chicken and the Lamb Vindaloo. The dishes arrived at the table piping hot and beautifully presented. The flavors were outstanding - the Butter Chicken was creamy and perfectly seasoned, while the Lamb Vindaloo had the perfect balance of spice and heat. Kevin made sure that my water glass was always full and that I had everything I needed to enjoy my meal.

Throughout my dining experience, Kevin was always smiling and attentive, ensuring that my meal was enjoyable from start to finish. His attention to detail and commitment to providing excellent service are truly commendable. It is rare to find such exceptional service these days, and I am grateful to have experienced it.

I would highly recommend Kevin to anyone who is looking for a memorable dining experience. His positive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond are truly remarkable. If you are a fan of Indian cuisine and want to enjoy a delicious meal with exceptional service, Kevin is the server to ask for. Thank you, Kevin, for the outstanding service and the unforgettable...

We went last Saturday night and it was packed, but they have a good set up with plexis between each tables that even the waiters stay behind. Staff was courteous as usual and we got out food quite fast considering the amount of people and take outs lined up. We had decided against ordering as it's always better when the food hasn't sit in humidity for the trip and because it's a bit cheaper. The vegetarian pakoras were filling and amazing as usual, lamb curry and dhal (quite fennel-y) were good, but the main surprise was the chicken Saag. We usually order Saag Paneer, so I don't know if it's the same sauce and that the cook changed or if it's a different sauce with chicken, but it was SO GOOD, it's the only reason I'm writing this review. I hope it will always be done with Saturday's cook recipe, which definitely included cinnamon and which I've been thinking about for the past 2days and considering ordering again soon.

(Had also tried in the past the butter chicken that is very good and not too sweet, as well as the chicken byriani. Their only downside is the quantity of meat in the curries, especially when take out, that I feel could be slightly larger with just 2-3 pieces...

firstly the service was so slow, the quantity of food is not enough like we didn’t got value for money and we ordered 2 things in main course and first they serve only one and they say that their roti is big in size but no its not like that and it was taste like it was from 2 days ago cause the atta they made it was not fresh and we waited 20 minutes for another item and when i went to reception and asked them for food they said what did you order like what ? ssly i will not prefer this place to anyone and when we said we ordered more roti cause of 2 item but still one left and i refused to eat the another item cause they already closed their kitchen and how they gonna make it i saw that all chefs already went out when i went to pay i said i will not pay for the one roti cause its waste we ordered for another item and we canceled that due to waiting so there is a girl server who took our order she says i will pay for that one roti she made us feel like we cant afford one roti it was hell experience please i will not suggest this res to...

I ordered from here for the first time from Door Dash. For those who are aware of North Indian food, they would know that Paneer Tikka is a starter also known as an appetizer. However, Bombay Mahal has listed Paneer Tikka in Main Course. Now when you have an item appearing in Main Course, you expect it to have gravy. But it did not have gravy. Usually main course curries with Paneer Tikka in them are called Paneer Tikka Masala. Because of this, what was supposed to be my main course with Roti, turned out to be a bad and dry dinner experience. ************** 2nd time experience: Visited their restaurant. Ordered Garlic Naan, which was good. Also ordered Paneer Tikka Masala. And it was sweet! Can you believe it? When we spoke to the waiter, he said "next time order spicy". Holy shit! Never going again to this place. This place is good for all non-South Asian people who think they get amazing food here. The reality is that I would not recommend this place for authentic Indian vegetarian food.

Our reservarion was apparently noted at the wrong time, so we had to wait a little more and were put in the most cowded spot next to the counter. The place is very loud on busy days, and expect a long line-up and slow service for food to get out. Service was below average, though not that bad. I'd recommend getting a thali (you might not be able to if you're in a group), for the affordable way to try different things. Food was good, and the BYOB/W is definitely nice. I will try other places before going there, I don't get why it's so popular.

Ok resto. Place seem clean. Very good service. Food is decent. People need to be aware that there is butter ( according to them ) on the naan. And it arrives all oily. If you don't like that, ask for it not to be applied. There was as well a lot of oil in the dishes. If I compare to all the other Indian restaurants around, there is not that much oil or almost none. I definitely prefer no oil, IF posible. As well, the potatoes inside the naan, were not that well cooked. Will come back to check the consistency. Verdict. Give it a try.
