As far as fast food goes, this is probably one of the healthiest options out there, which is why it’s become a regular stop for me. The Rue Sauvé O. location is very convenient and offers ample parking, making it easy to pop in without the usual hassle of finding a spot. It’s generally well staffed, and most of the employees are friendly and efficient, though I’ve had a couple of visits where the service felt a little less personable than usual. That said, the process here is built for speed—it’s literally an assembly line where each step is handled in sequence, and your meal is ready in just a few minutes.

The restaurant itself is clean, bright, and well lit, which makes for a pleasant environment to enjoy your meal. The food is exactly what I expect from a Poulet Rouge: fresh, consistent, and made to order with plenty of customization options.
