I ordered via Uber eats for a group of 4. We tried to get a variety of different appetizers and beef and chicken shawarma.

To be fair I visited this place physically before and if you choose the right food, you can get something fresh. The good ends here.

The delivery order was a different story. It almost seemed like they tried to push leftover food to delivery orders coming from Uber.

Two of the 8 items we ordered were inedible. The kibe was so old it was rock hard. Teeth crusher. Completely unacceptable and inedible. If I were to guess this has been in the container for several weeks at least.

I also ordered BOL 12oz Poulet, the chicken smelled like an old bag of garbage. I opened the container and it was odor was overwhelming. The chicken was rotten. Completely inedible.

The rest of the food was edible but my guess it's at least 1 week old.

There is absolutely nothing fresh in the order I received. Some of the food was a health hazard. Rotten food guaranteed to make you very sick if consumed.

I'm shocked this what I got in my order. It's a disgrace to Mediterranean cuisine and to all restaurants in general.

I'm certain if I highlight this to the owner, he'll be happy to give me credit for a other order but that's still unacceptable. You simply can't serve rotten food, even if you're willing to replace it if they point out the food is rotten.

I have no doubt this restaurant failed food inspections before and I will be filing another report with the Canadian food inspection agency.

In the meantime, stay away from this place unless you're looking for a very bad stomach ache and an evening on the toilet.

I expected quality from a brand like Boustan but the only way is to be there watch your order being prepared and don't hesitate to call them out when you see them packing food from the back of the fridge.

Don't pay until you inspect your food for spoilage and rotten food.

I've been regular customer of this outlet of boustan but I'm not gonna order or buy food from here anymore. Recently, I ordered something using Uber & after placing order I realised it got beef in it and I only eat chicken. I called them 4 time but no one picked up the call. I ended up driving to the restaurant despite the fact I chose delivery from Uber just cuz I don't wanted the food to waste. The moment I went there they said sorry your food is ready and the special off was just for chicken n beef mix. I requested them can u please make new one since I'm allergic to red meat. All they said is no we can't & order again if you want anything. C'mon you not gonna waste food anyway since people are coming back to back so you can use the one that u made already since it's on special and in demand, moreover there were more than 5 people on the store & only 2 were working and they said we busy that's why we didn't pick up the call while 3 of them were just talking n chilling. What kind of service is that? I even requested that If I'll cancel order right now, I won't recieve any refund so at least give me something but no all they said was either take what we already made or order something new. I ended up canceling order, loosing my money, time, gas just to get nothing from the store. What kind of service is that again? I'm surely never ever gonna order from this outlet cuz of their ridiculous service. I wish there was option to...

I had a really bad experience with this place. I went on Sunday evening and ordered a medium poutine for almost $12. As soon as I started eating, I could tell something was wrong. The potatoes were extremely burnt — it literally felt like I was eating cigarette ashes. Even the poutine sauce had a burnt taste. I only managed to take 5 or 6 bites before throwing the whole thing in the garbage. Not only was it a complete waste of money, but it also made me feel physically sick. Since that night, my stomach has been hurting badly, and I’ve been feeling nauseous. I haven’t been able to eat anything since. The burnt taste is still stuck in my mouth, and I feel awful. This isn’t the first time I’ve gone on a Sunday evening and noticed the quality was poor, but this time it was unacceptable. I tried giving them another chance, but I seriously regret it. I’m really disappointed and upset. This was the last time I’ll ever eat there.

By the way, I think you’re scamming people because the medium size looks exactly the same as the small, so basically you’re just charging more for the same portion. That’s...
