First of all, My husband and daughter got sick after having our dinner over there yesterday. My husband only had the salad bar plate and my daughter got the kids nuggets meal with the salad bar as well. 4 hours later my husband started to vomit with diarrhea and my daughter got a diarrhea too.
Secondly, I ordered a meal and my husband ordered a salad plate, we were sharing our plates when the waiter came and said "Stop eating from your husband salad plate because it's not sharable, otherwise I should charge you for the salad too". I really didn't like this way of communication and went to the manager office to report it. He apologized for this misunderstanding about the restaurant policy and said this is our fault to not be so clear about our policy , so you can share your food this time... I would expect the same to happen from the waiter when she noticed us sharing our food instead of threatening us this way. Even the manager apologized to us, we stopped eating because we really got mad of what happened. So my husband did not pay much tips because of that. It was really weird to find the waiter caming to ask my husband why he didn't pay more tips!!!!... Honestly, this is the first time we experience waiter discussing with guests about their...
Read moreJust going through the reviews, I had a good experience here but my comment is general regarding the tipping culture in Mtl, sorry for the language and the good servers out there but why the F* do most servers in Mtl feel entitled to get tips regardless if the service was good or bad??!
Harassing customers for tips happens in MONTREAL ONLY. Did we forget tips are OPTIONAL?!!! If it's it's your policy and it's mandatory you might as well charge it on the bill right off the bat or put a sign and there won't be any discrepancy! We already pay 15% for taxes.
Yes it's minimum wage but it's still a wage, we all had minimum wage jobs at some point and we didn't comment about the tips let alone bullying, humiliating and manipulating the customers when it comes to tipping or returning the change. It's pretty ballsy and unacceptable.
Let's not forget managers and owners are responsible for encouraging this type of behaviour by deducting pays and closing their eyes, it's time for consumer associations to step in to stop this unprofessional practice. If you have comments about the above I would...
Read moreSo, i’am one not to complain but i will..I ordered delivery the 5 large chicken tender plate which comes with french fries and coleslaw! I love scores and i go often but this was my first time ordering from this location. The tenders were stale, dark in color and hard! Are not chicken tenders suppost to be tender? The pieces were very small as it said “large tenders” they were the size of an egg and flat..No joke.. I’am sure these were not cooked at the time i ordered them because of the dark spots on the tenders! The fries were stale as well.. and tasted like the oil was not changed in a while and the coleslaw had a foul smell and sour.... i know you prepare them before and put them in the fridge for easy access but people are paying and giving you money... We expect fresh food! Who knows how many days the coleslaw was in the fridge! Anyhow, i threw the whole plate away! Im never ordering from this location again and i hope someone takes proper action and takes these...
