Burger King — Restaurant in Montreal

I was at Burger King last night and I can tell you that king doesn't get orders right most likely for not being used to take them in English! I ordered the spicy chicken parmesan sandwich combo but instead got what tasted like parmesan and chicken but not the spicy version and that's after waiting in line for close to 30 minutes and telling 2 sales associates what I wanted. Also the first rep didn't understand a word I said and I had to point out on the menu board what I wanted, she didn't understand when I asked her for "apple juice" for my son and she was like "orange?" when the only choices of drinks for kids are apple and orange. We tried to be nice to them, but my God... such sour service. It was like being in communist Latvia. They opened late, which was fine, but the attitude as soon as they unlocked the door was depressing. They didn't even acknowledge us, they clearly hated being there or something. They need to drink some of that coke behind the counter XD. I just found them kinda rude, whether it was intentional or not, I don't know. If you work in the service industry, no matter how bad your day is, you leave it at the door. The customers aren't the reason for your bad day, we just wanted to try the new whopper, which was decent, although my girlfriend said she was vegan and they gave her mayo, so... whatever. Let me start by saying I love Burger King. However this is the worst location I’ve ever been to. I’ve been here many times over the years and there has been no improvements. The location is chronically understaffed and the staff are not happy to be there. The dine in was closed for 6 months for renovations but when it reopened no changes had been made. All of this could be ignored if the food quality was good. Unfortunately this location fails to cook with care. Every few months I return to this location hoping improvements have been made but nothing has changed over the last 4 years. Burger King HQ really needs to do something about this location.
