The lady who take a order is very unprofessional and rude. I placed order of Pad Thai with extra egg and she missed out on that detail. Normally that happens, but what annoyed me was that she was always busy talking on her phone talking while placing a order. When I told her that their is extra egg missing in my order she simply replied you didn't asked for and I wasn't charged for it. No apologies no professionalism at all simply arrogant behavior. Usually the service here is good, but tonight customer service was horrible. Both staff members were practically impossible to speak to, the cassier could not even explain to me what the “Thai soup” on the menu consisted of. So I gave up on that choice and went with the simplest thing on the menu, general Thai. Well low and behold they managed to screw that up too... asked for no vegetables just onions. When I said I had asked for just onions, THEY DID NOT EVEN OFFER TO CHANGE IT FOR ME, the cassier just stood there saying I never asked for any specifications. I went to the nearest location to my home and asked the employees for a #6 (tofu, veggies and rice) and asked about the vegan sauce option. The clerks tried to be helpful but had a very difficult time communicating in both French and English and told me there were no vegan/vegetarian sauces without fish sauce in them and proceeded to make me sauteed veggies with packs of soy sauce. To say the least, it wasn't very good.
