Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Montreal

I don’t know how these people are employed, but this whole language barrier and new to the country situation is really making it hard for clients to get their order.

I pull up to the window it’s speaking Hindi, takes 10 minutes waiting at the window to get my order. Makes me pay without even confirming what I bought.

Hands me my drink….not even what I ordered…

For context I was the only one in line…

I ordered a simple large ice cap with caramel I got a medium ice cap Oreo with caramel.

I really think it’s because they don’t speak French or English.

Im making a complaint to the minister of language for the fact that no French or English was spoken to me. They just handed me the machine to pay and gave me my drink.

When I asked hey this isn’t a large the Indian lady told me that’s what I ordered.

I didn’t even realize it was Oreo until I took a sip🤣

I've been going to this Tim Hortons for years now and recently I have had many bad experiences. I often get the wrong order and usually I just go back to get my correct order. I know what it's like to work in a restaurant so I often let it go. But this morning was the worst, I ordered my coffee and the cap was loose and it almost fell on me, so I asked them if they could change the cap. I could hear workers laughing in the back. The worker comes back with my coffee and it fell all over me and in the car and I could hear some workers laughing again. This really frustrated me as they were careless and now I had to get my car clean and remove the stain on my car seat which barely went away. It is not the first time I see them mess around, I think they are friends that work the same shift, but it's just frustrating to receive...

I never make reviews! never..! But I honestly had to go out of my way this time... this is the worst service I’ve ever received.. employees hate their job and it’s clearly visible by the way they act.. always mess up the orders, asked several times for NO bacon... very VERY clearly... the employee even confirmed...and they put extra bacon?! Unbelievable. Plus the coffee taste like trash. & the employe had her phone texting directly in-front of me... not surprised. Waste of money... & they really know how to mess up someone’s morning :)! This morning I drove to a different Tim that was out of my way.. best decision! will not be...
