A Fresh New Thai Spot in Montreal! 🇹🇭 I recently visited Siwalee Cuisine Thaïlandaise, a new Thai restaurant in Montreal, and I was genuinely impressed! This cozy spot delivers bold, authentic Thai flavors and a welcoming atmosphere that made for a great dining experience. I tried a mix of dishes, and everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. I started with the mix fried fish balls and gyoza – both delicious and crispy. But the real standout appetizer for me was the papaya salad. Highly recommended! It was incredibly fresh, with just the right balance of sweetness, acidity, and spice – exactly how a Thai papaya salad should be. For the main course, I had the shrimp Tom Yum soup, which was aromatic, rich, and packed with flavor. It had that perfect balance of heat, citrus, and lemongrass. I ended the meal with a comforting mango sticky rice, which was soft, creamy, and just sweet enough. To drink, the Thai milk tea was smooth and refreshing – the perfect finish. Even though the restaurant is still new, the service was warm and attentive, and the space was clean and inviting. You can tell the team really cares about quality and hospitality. ✅ Authentic, well-balanced flavors ✅ Friendly, attentive service ✅ Clean, cozy setting ✅ Papaya salad is a must-try! ✅ Great value for the quality A fantastic new addition to Montreal’s Thai food scene. I’ll definitely be back!

Went here on date night with my wife. We ordered the following: - Thai Iced Thai + Thai Milk Tea - Som Tam (Papaya Salad) - Pad See Ew (Beef) - Kaeng Khiao Wan (Green Curry - Chicken) - Khao niao mamuang (Mango Sticky Rice) Everything was excellent. Literally everything. The Som Tam despite being spicy was not overpowered. You could taste the complexity of the sweet and sour from the ingredients. The Pad See Ew was a very generous portion garnished with fresh chinese brocoli and just the perfect mixture of pad see ew sauce and caramelization on the noodles. The green curry was very tasty and the texture of the curry itself was perfect! The marinated protein (chicken in our case) was tender and juicy! The meal ended with a classic Thai dessert, a phenomenal mango and sticky rice. Overall, we greatly enjoyed our food. The service was top notch. Family owned restaurant with attentive staff, this restaurant should be on your radar if you enjoy Thai food or if you have the craving for an authentic Thai experience. My wife is Thai, and I have lived in Thailand myself and we highly recommend this restaurant. We'll come back again for sure!

I don’t leave reviews often, but this place absolutely deserves the praise. From the moment we walked in, everything was exceptional — the service, the ambiance, the presentation, and most of all, the food. Every dish was bursting with flavour and beautifully plated. You can tell there’s real passion behind everything they do. The staff was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. This is hands down one of the best Thai meals I’ve had in Montreal and easily one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Siwalee was absolutely incredible! All the ingredients were so fresh and the restaurant/ kitchen are so clean. The mango and papaya salad were refreshing and delicious. We also tried the dumplings with peanut sauce, shrimp tom yam, Tom Kha (coconut chicken soup) and fried chicken. Every dish was better than the next! We ended with the mango sticky rice and there are no words to describe how good it was. Oh and the home-made lemon iced tea was unlike anything here, it was amazing. All the staff is so friendly and they put care in everything they do. It's a family business and the owners are Thai so if you want amazing authentic Thai food, this...
