Olga is a master of her craft, period! If you want your dream jewelry from a person who is honest, respectful and a calm person to work with (especially if it's for stressful events like engagements/weddings), you can 100% count on her for her expertise and professional delivery!

What we appreciated the most about Olga was her honesty and patience. It was not a typical ring buying experience as you would have at a retail store where they will try to sell you beyond your budget. The whole process is so fun from choosing the stones to designing the rings to finally trying them in 3D models. She is so kind to even make 2-3 models with different designs so that you can have exactly what you envisioned. She also provides a price estimate before starting the work. She always kept us updated and always responded to our concerns on time.

We are very fortunate to have Olga accept our requests for both the engagement ring as well as the wedding bands. Her prices are fair and you will not find this kind of quality for the price anywhere!!! More importantly, you will not find such a passionate person who truly cares about your meaningful jewelry! I will always go to Olga for all my jewelry needs and have recommended to my friends too!

Olga made my dream engagement ring a reality. My SIL actually first came across Olga and she created her the most beautiful engagement ring. When I heard how amazing and invested Olga was to each client and I saw the ring, I knew that if I ever got engaged, she was the one I'd want to create my ring. To my surprise, my now fiancé and Olga actually decided to surprise me on my engagement weekend and I found out I would get to be part of the entire design process. Olga made the first visit so special with a bottle of champagne, an assortment of jewels based on what I was sending to my partner and the excitement to help me design a more unique ring. Throughout the entire process she was patient, creative, responsive and amazing. We're based in Ottawa so we had regular visits with her to pick out the sapphire, band colour, and to try on the prototype. We had out wedding bands and engagement rings custom made. We also brought in a botched job from another jeweller for her to look at and she helped us through the process with very impressive professionalism. Our experience with her was so great.

Olga deeply cares about the work that is done and about the customer experience. She discussed with us our options and listened very carefully and looked at the pictures and took notes! We are very happy with our rings. They are so beautiful and comfortable. The quality, customization and attention to detail were the biggest highlights of our experience. She also encouraged us to get insurance for the rings which we appreciated hearing about.

We will be back if our rings need maintenance and we will send photos of our wedding day! She is a great artist, highly recommend.
