Portions are HUGE! Which is kind of a bummer since I want to try some of their dishes but know I can't finish one on my own. I work near by so for lunch I'm always looking for something quick and tasty.
This place usually does the trick, they're friendly and fast. I can order dumplings, rice, spring rolls, basically any entree and it's enough to tide me over. I order 2-3 entrees and I find that it fills me up for 5-6 hours depending on what it is.
I find that the fried wontons can be a bit too greasy, but otherwise good. The dumplings are decent but only if eaten warm (don't let them sit out for too long) they have a good flavour and texture but they feel a bit rubbery depending on the day. The spring rolls are basic but still crunchy with crisp flavours.
Overall, not a bad place to stop in my opinion. I wouldn't really consider it authentic but that's the point when you go somewhere like this for Chinese food. You want cheap, abundant, fill you up till you throw up, americanized Chinese food.
I think it's great that they deliver. It's honestly some really good comfort Chinese food. But don't go out of your way to visit.
I really want to try the General Tao chicken though! Will have to stop by with my...
Read moreI ordered from there a few times hoping that maybe it was just a bad day but I suppose they have a bad day everytime. The wontons are just like a ball of flour, general tao has almost no meat other than a big outershell and it doesn't even taste like general tao, the red curry udon chicken noodles are so watery when it shouldn't be and the chicken tasted like out of the freezer, the spicy tofu, again, was very watery when it is suppose to be a dense texture. Wonton noodles are just flour noodles with bland soup and a ball of flour called wonton - the meat is probably just 2%of the whole wonton. Never ordering from there again as I've been disappointed after I've given it so many chances. If only google allows me to...
Read moreI had a really bad with this restaurant. I ordered them from uber and I had the wrong order. I tried to call uber and the person told me that it was what the restaurant gave to him so I should call them and that’s exactly what I did right after. The only thing that Spicy Noodle told me was “Try to contact uber, we can’t do anything about that”. Sorry but the restaurant is the only one responsible for that, not uber. I know these things can happen but at least you guys could gave me a refund or send me another driver with my REAL order. I’m really disappointed and I will be sure to let everyone know how was my experience with them. So here’s my advice to everyone: NEVER...
