Sushi Shop — Restaurant in Montreal

If I could give this zero stars, I would. I ordered sushi and one of them had a long, black hair inside wrapped inside the rice paper. It was disgusting and shows that whoever prepared it couldn't care less about the safety and health of their consumers. Just ordered two tartate makis. I don't think the staff knew how to make them. I order this all the time from Sushi Shop and it doesn't usually look or taste like this. This was mostly carrots and wrapped in plastic?!!! I must have ordered this dish from at least 5 different sushi shops in Montreal. Never were the pieces wrapped in plastic. Disapointed with the service and the sushi i bought. When i called to report about the sushi, the receiver didn’t care about my complaint. I don’t know if they have any sympathy for their customer’s ? Or maybe they need to change whoever picks the customer’s call. Please don’t just think about making money and start treating your customers with respect.
