Sushi Time — Restaurant in Montreal

I love their sushi especially when they are freshly made ❤

UPDATE I revoke my review from previously. I can't believe how unprofessional these people are. My husband and I love going to this place for lunch especially when the sushis are just made ( we don't like the cold fridge sushi sitting there taste) When we got there I was ordering over 30 pieces and probably something else afterwards and I asked if they can be prepared fresh (not the ones sitting in their Take Out fridge all day) and they straight up said No, if we prepare new ones it will be a waste. You can have the ones there in the fridge. I mean, I am coming for dinner with my husband, to actually sit and enjoy dinner as we've always done. And they wanted us to take the sushi from 3pm from the fridge, the take out fridge. It was after 8 when we came in.

It's so unfortunate because I actually rooted for this place. I debated a bit and he still declined our request to prepare us fresh sushi for our dinner. We went and took our money and business elsewhere.

NEVER AGAIN. LAST TIME we step foot here and we will make sure to let our friends and family members of how they treat their customers....

I had a mixed experience. The ambience was quite nice and had a lot of potential, but it felt cluttered and looked somewhat dirty, which detracted from the overall vibe.

Unfortunately, there was a significant waiting time. We waited around 30 minutes just for three drinks: two mango smoothies and an iced Vietnamese coffee. This was much longer than expected, especially for such a simple order.

On the positive side, the mango smoothies were really good and definitely worth trying. My father had the iced Vietnamese coffee and thought it was okay, but nothing exceptional.

Overall, while the drinks were decent, the long wait and cleanliness issues make it hard for me to recommend this place...

So far so good! Order on app (Doordash or Skip the Dishes..), ordered pho. They phoned a few min later to say they don't currently have pho. So they offered me to replace w/ anything else. I chose a poke bol. So I got my lobster pizza (AMAZING value OMGGGGG) $10 for that is SOOO GOOD.

And Tuna poke bol. Loved both. Fresh, excellent value.

So flavourful and a tiny bit salty / rich, so I recommend pairing w/ some easy veg. - I had them w/ steamed spinach, but spring mix, any veg would be good too!

I hope my future experiences will be as good....
