I will start by saying i don’t tend to leave reviews but this one is necessary. I arrived at this precise location that on google says it’s open 24H to my surprise there were not servicing when i got to the drive through at 4:35am the cashier man said come back at 5:05 Am, and so i did. This is were i questioned the service, i was trying to order breakfast and he said that the eggs and sausage weren’t ready to give him 15min to which i replied you are open 24H!? .So i decided to way in the mean while i drove to other locations which was closed. Once the time had passed i when again to the drive through and ask if the produce was ready and he said No, But then changed to Yes.( this made me think he really doesn’t want to serve me) I must say through out this hole interaction i was being very polite but i was loosing my patience too. I felt that they did not want to take my orders and they on top of everything did not understand what i had order to which another worker said : it was a mistake, which i didn’t want to argue anymore. Im so unhappy with how now in days workers can do whatever they want without no repercussions but if we has customers say or loose our patience they can refuse service.. Now i do hope the store owner and the Manager will come about this and make it better. Cause i simply feel that it was something that could of being avoided if they where ready and eager to service the customers.Honestly it doesn’t matter if you nice or not the worker have such poor customer service quality that it is sad and frustrating. Please don’t make this a habit it’s unprofessional and disappointing for nice clients like me. Thank you and...

Original review: There is NO chicken in the chiken soup. They forgot to give me the bread, yet they gave me the butter. They didn’t give me my receipt as I asked and she said it was in my bag. And now I can’t even go back as I’m too far from the store to get the missing items in my order. They don’t answer the phone so that I can pass another time to get my correct order either. She served me in english as I was speaking in French, she also treatened to charge me for Tap Water. DONT WASTE your TIME, GAS and MONEY here. Used to go 4 times per week, but this is literally the last time. Paid 9$ for 40% of my order to be thrown at me through the drive thru window. The customer service this time at 1:00-1:15pm was absolutely terrible, she really hates her job. They gave me a vegetarian soup, not a chicken soup. Original review 1st update: I went to the store to find out today that the girl is not the one in the the other reviewers video, she was working the morning shift: I ordered at 1:00-1:15PM. Was told to come in the morning to get my order right. There is no soups tonight. Keeping you updated on this...
Read moreTim Hortons has major problems. Their identity is gone and here is why:
Employees: In the city, it's nothing but foreigners that barely speak french or english. Said employees do not keep the place clean (floors sticky/dirty, bathroom is disgusting, terrible service). Many times have I received the wrong order and is rarely tasting fresh and is luke warm or stale (muffins, doughnuts, sandwiches, drinks).
Food quality: Ever since Tims lost the contract to McDonald's for their coffee beans, nothing has tasted the same since. The amount of new items added yearly shows tims is just trying to milk people out of money on random stuff that never stays. Focus on coffee/ice caps and doughnuts/muffins guys and even breakfast because that WAS your strong point. Everything in terms of beverages just tastes like sugar, not flavor juat sugar.
Prices: No way is the prices match the quality of the product. It shows Tim hortons is no longer canadian which is sad.
Outside the city though, I notice service is phenominal and cleanliness is top notch. Wonder why.....
2/5 stars and that's...
