Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Montreal

I ordered by app in advance the pinwheel. When I got there, I was told they do not have pinwheel at the location (it's fine I don't blame for that). I asked to cancel and refund my order in that case and the lady there told me she can't do that. I replied I'm being charged for nothing what solution would she offer then. She said it is my fault not hers (which doesn't even makes sense??) It took me 4 times to tell her that it doesn't make sense for me to be charged for something I never have that they didn't have to being with. After 4 times, she offers me to choose an item as a replacement. Her attitude was very condescending. She could've explained and offered the solution right from the beginning but for some reason she needed a power trip. I do not recommend...
