FYI: DO NOT waste your time doing the contact us thing they suggest.. They don’t look into the concerns at all, all they do is ARCHIVE the issue and forward it to the owner. One of the managers finally called but they cant find the order after two months, so basically it was a call to double check so they can get their staff to make it right… I shouldn’t have to be the one to do basically a survey of questions to helo your staff make things right.. They should be trained to make it right to start with imo, as things have been messed up every order, forgotten items and the prices just keep going up with less food, with lots of encounters like I had repeatedly happening.

If the owner cared they would read the comments on their franchise and be trying to improve things themselves. I’ve not gone to the DQ since this disaster and with as little as they care, I plan to avoid all the chains. I rather get ice cream like Foothills which is homemade ice cream at co-op, awesome flavours and for a small tub, it’s as much as the one large and one small blizzard we got that day. WAY better ice cream, none of the hassle of dealing with bad service every time. Plus other chains give more food for the burgers and fries, at a cheaper price!

My latest experience:

I went to get a Wonder Woman cookie dough collision blizzard with choco chunks added. I think the kid was in training which okay if he is, but the manager tells him it’s wrong and asks if he knows what he did and he says yeah, yeah I just added Oreo to it and walks off, there is another employee helping him and telling him it’s so similar and the only difference between the two blizzards he was thinking of was the Oreo, so I say no, this one has chocolate ice cream, not vanilla.

She said yeah I know, then she walks back to him to make sure he knows what he is doing, tells him to make it exactly like he did without the Oreo and he said yeah I got it now. I had the Oreo in there and forgot to take it out, but I got it now. She never told him to put the chocolate ice cream (hot fudge to the vanilla to make it like chocolate, w.e.) in and correct that, so again I got it wrong… I couldn’t even correct them again as my husband was now very late for his meeting as I had to wait in line a few minutes, then wait for it to be remade and I just had to walk off because redoing it again just wasn’t an option..

So, now I have a blizzard that without the chocolate (hot fudge added to make it seem like chocolate w.e. Since i was corrected by the manager a bunch when talking to them 2 months later), just doesn’t taste right at all and for $10 for a small you’d think after doing it and having three peoples input in making it, even with the kid being new, one of the others could have made sure he was doing it right because they sure didn’t..

I even had showed them on my phone what all should be in it and how it should look and that it should be chocolate.. (which they say its vanilla with fudge in it, still makes it taste like chocolate, adding fudge to it makes it pretty much chocolate ice cream. 🙄) My husband and I have got wrong orders a lot here and this is just another long line.. There is a picture of what mine looks like and what it...

My wife left a review on here about not getting the right blizzard even though she tried to get it remade a few times. Now she ordered a blizzard and they swore up and down there was cookie dough (only one scoop when apparently if you order a cookie dough or a smartie cookie dough explosion you get 4 scoops) she argued with them for 10-15 minutes that there wasn’t any and they kept saying they put it in, but she finished the whole thing and there wasn’t. Then they tried saying there was some on the bottom and all these excuses when she had finished it there was absolutely none.

Then they told her to contact skip and they could potentially refund the cookie dough cost but tbh they won’t because it was the dq that messed up, not them. This isn’t isn’t the first time, but they mess up the blizzards or forget one every time we order. She couldn’t do another review on hers because she already had one about how they messed up before. We definitely wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. The customer service is bad and so is...

You should be more mindful of the people you hire. I had a very disappointing experience with one of your supervisors (a Filipino lady), who was extremely rude to a delivery driver.

The driver arrived with a thermal bag to pick up an order, but she repeatedly questioned him about not having a "Skip" bag, implying that it was required because of its size. He politely explained that he had an alternative bag of similar size (a PC Financial bag) in his car, but she continued to question him unnecessarily. As he was leaving, she mocked him, aggressively repeating “PC Financial, PC Financial,” which was completely uncalled for.

The order was just ice cream—I honestly don’t understand why she insisted on a specific bag type when a thermal bag was being used. Her behavior came across as ignorant and unprofessional.

I’m extremely disappointed and will not...

Trash. I've been ordering the SPICY wrap for years, and recently, the last 2 years or so, they NEVER make it correctly, it always comes out as ranch and I have to call in to complain and tell them to remake it. I figured at first it was just new staff messing up, but it's been consistent for the last 2 years getting the wrong wraps made incorrectly. Don't leave the drive through unless you've thoroughly checked your bags and made sure that your order is 100% correct, because they DO NOT LISTEN. You can see clearly in my picture the receipt says FT (Flamethrower) aka spicy wrap, not ranch, which is what's clearly on the sandwich. the FT sauce is orange, not white.

I recently visited D&Q in Moose Jaw, and it was an absolute delight! The variety of ice cream flavors is impressive, and everything tastes so fresh and creamy. The sundaes and Blizzard options are creative and generously portioned, making it perfect for satisfying any sweet craving. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, ensuring a great experience from start to finish. The cafe itself has a cozy and cheerful vibe, perfect for families, friends, or even a solo treat. If you’re in Moose Jaw and looking for a place to indulge in delicious ice cream, D&Q is a must-visit! I’ll definitely be coming back for more.
