Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Moose Jaw

Honestly, I have never been much of a fan of Pizza Hut however their new big New Yorker Pizza I'm not going to lie I ordered and was really impressed with not only the quality The Taste but also they delivered it really quickly they were here in like 30 minutes and I'm on the other side of town so that was pretty cool I did initially tell them I was going to pay debit on the phone and then ended up paying cash and was still charged for the debit. Honestly I'm pretty picky when it comes to pizza and when I got the big New Yorker Pizza cuz it's thin crust big slices with just pepperoni on it it really hit the spot for me and really was what a pizza should be and I was really Blown Away by it and ordered it again like 2 days later my waistline thanks me very much

Pizza was undercooked and gooey, when I called they said to order it well done next time. Disappointed.

Tried again 10 months later, ordered triple treat box, couldnt get wings I ordered nor dessert. Called the 1800 line and was directed to the restaraunt line where the manager argued I got a dessert worth more than I ordered when all I wanted was what I ordered. If I knew it wasnt available I never would have ordered but they told me it was already ready when I called, then the manager called me to tell me she had to switch. If I knew I couldnt get what I had ordered I would have gone to a restaraunt that could fill my order. Why would the manager argue with me then...

Called in an order for delivery. After 10 minutes of repeating myself I was given the wrong bill total. Once the term “replace mushrooms with olives “ was repeated for the fourth time, the online price matched the phone-in price. Knowing the order was destined for mistake, we discovered that veggie pizzas doesn’t include tomatoes as advertised. As an added bonus, the “stuffed crust “ wasn’t since it leaked out onto the tomato-less disappointment. Overall, the pizza was flat, scarce on veggies and an excellent argument to go for Delissio.
