Wendy's — Restaurant in Moose Jaw

Came through drive thru tonight, thought we'd get some fresh wendys.. well to our surprise no one is in drive thru. Figured we'd order 2 baconator combos and 10 piece nugget meal for the wife. Total came to 44.00. Drove home not even a 5 minute drive. Cold fries for every meal. Burgers not made properly, cold 10 piece nugget meal, basically our whole entire meal was handed out the window, and they know darn well the food has been sitting there all night. Burgers are cold as well. Haha fresh never frozen hmmm.. We went 20 minutes before closing time. I don't see why our whole meal was cold not made properly when there was not a single other soul in drive thru. I've come late at night before and got fresh food at about same time same situation no one in drive thru. Absolutely disappointed that a 50 dollar meal and my business means nothing to this company when it comes to 20 minutes to closing time. Very disappointed and will not return until this is made right.

Could have just made the good fresh dropped the basket of fresh fries for 3 meals and made a single order of chicken nuggets but noooo let's hand out all the cold food left over from the night.. absolutely...

Went to Wendy’s this evening and my burger wasn’t fully cooked. I called the restaurant to make a complaint and spoke to a foreign lady. I was really polite about it but she took offense and wanted to argue with me because I told her that I had worked at a Wendy’s for 4 years and we never served meat like that. She went to tell me it was cooked because it’s on a timer. I told her it doesn’t matter about being on a timer, what matters is what the grill temperature is set at. But nope she wanted to argue, she said she’s been working there for two years and the food is cooked on a timer so she’s knows it’s cooked thoroughly. Well I hate to bust your bubble but the store in Moose Jaw has only been open since February 2024. Instead of trying to argue with me they should go check the food before serving bad food to the next customer. Needless to say, I won’t be returning to this location because of the poor...

I had the Baconator combo with medium fries for $16.41. It was okay. No lettuce, tomato or onions you see in the picture. Just cheese and bacon plus sauces. I think that the bacon was like that fake precooked bacon called "Ready Crisp" by Maple Leaf.

I waited a couple of weeks to try out this location because of the new opening issues. I also went during an off peak time to avoid lineups. The seating area was small.

Did we need another burger restaurant? Probably not. I would rather have Bonanza back.

I like In & Out Burgers. Their burgers are the freshest. Some places they cut the onions and make the patties right in front of you. One day they'll bring that chain up...
