These are supposed to be onion rings. It's literally sliced onions sprinkled with some sort of batter or bread crumbs, thrown into a deep fryer. I mean, I'm not expecting gourmet food from A&W or from a mall food court but this is unacceptable.

Today august 19 2022 I came at 8 pm to eat and the lady tells me that they were closed because it was very busy. After 20 minutes I see someone with products from A&W and I go and tell her and she tells me that they closed because it was very busy and then they reopened and when I came again she said they closed again. I told her that is not nice to do that. I did not feel...

My son and I were there yesterday and I can't possibly adequately praise the staff. I have been involved with customer service since I was 14 - 63 years ago and the 2 young ladies could not possibly have been nicer. I use a cane and forgot it when I took my meal to the table. I offered them a $10 tip and they found it too generous. I will be going...

To all my chicken burger fans out there - A&W has the best chicken burger (i.e. chubby chicken) compared to McDonald's or Burger King. You get a nice large piece of meat with a crispy exterior and moist and juicy insides. And a large crunchy, actually fresh tasting lettuce. And root beer with paper straws. :)...
