Starbucks — Restaurant in Municipality of Jasper

Oct 4/ 2024 driving from Vancouver to Edm stopped in and was really impressed with the service provided by the young gentleman (olive toned skin/tall/ long hair pulled back) who was making the drinks. We ALL noticed he had such a lovely smile, pleasant energy and demeanor! Oct 11/2024 driving back we went through the drive through at another Starbucks on the highway just before Jasper and I didn’t notice until we were back on the road that they gave me the entirely wrong drink (ordered venti soy latte- plain) and got some god awful pumpkin spice concoction - sooooo when we got to Jasper I explained to the Starbucks there and the (manager/supervisor) and he replaced the drink for free no questions asked and did so with a smile. - 😊 Also had the same lovely barista making the drink whose amazing energy lights that place up! - Great job...

Stopped by today to grab a couple coffee's while traveling from Edmonton to Vancouver. I guess my order was too tough for them to figure out how to make properly, unfortunately I did not drink my coffee till I was 10 minutes down the road. Thats right they were not successful in pouring a cup of Pikes Place, So sad they screwed this up, gave me some sort of hazelnut coffee which was absolutely disgusting and I had to pour it out at our next stop, as I was not driving back to get my correct order.

Honestly how can you not pour a simple cup of coffee. If anyone from Starbucks reads this review, I sure would like my money back for the Venti I paid for. To others who may stop at this location, check your coffee...

Alas, this was not the Starbucks experience I expected. First, the WiFi network was difficult to find. At first, I thought there was none, because it was not called "Starbucks," but "Marmot." The sign for the network/password was above the trash cans, which I didn't see until we were leaving. Next, there was no gluten-free sandwiches. Not a a biggie--unless you are gluten intolerant, as my wife is. And finally, the coffee tasted like... coffee! But it was not what I expect at Starbucks.
