Beaufort Pizza & Pasta — Restaurant in Nanaimo

It is my first time to order food from this place.Under the high cost for the restaurant now.I believe they already tried their best to offer the best food for the customers.I ordered a family meal it was include :2 large pizza and two lasagna two toast and one large greek salad.I also order one butter chicken with rice .The taste was wonderful.Under the price, we are all satisfy.I wait about one hour ,I wish I can wait shorter next time if they can.But this is worth to wait,I think their food must be really good for lots of customers, that is why they are busy.Running a restaurant is not easy.Especially this period，When I read the reviews, lots of reviews is not encouraging this place。I can imagine after a long day hard working then read those reviews what their feeling.I did long time customer service job, lots of people got good service, then didn't leave any word to encouraged people, but most people will leave bad feedback when they face bad service even the matter has been resolved .I wish the reviews can help service providers improve their service not for try to hurt their business . there is times where the pizza from here is alittle underdone, again im going to say ALITTLE underdone, usually a friday or saturday night when they are the only place open till 4 in the morning delivering pizza and get slammed.... the customer service is great, there is one guy who answers the phone who is short worded and quick to get off the phone, so what some people complain about that, thats who he is, he answeres the phone, takes your order, helps you make a decision if you need it, and gets off the phone, hes there to take your order, not be your friend, just sayin, overall the pizza is great, only place i order pizza from day or night, delivery is speedy, late at night i usually get told the pizza will be an hour, which is fine, but then usually gets here within 40 mins, delivery drivers are all friendly and remeber your face if you have ordered before. only thing i would 2 things i would suggest to owners and cooks of this establishment, cook your chicken for a little less if you are pre cooking it, there for when you put it through the Za oven it wont dry out, and keep doing what your doin!...

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. First time I called, I asked what the specials were and he said he was too busy call back later. So I did call back later, and asked for no pepperoni on one pizza. And when I opened it their was one piece of pepperoni right in the middle. Spiteful, right?

Yet I called again another time, ordered pizza and wings, and they forgot the wings. The delivery person said they'd be right back, and as the pizza place is less than 5 minutes down the road, Id assume he would be. More than 25 minutes go by waiting for the other half of my order! After already waiting the hour before for the first half! So I call Beaufort Pizza back , ask to speak with the manager and said I'd like the wings to be free as compensation for the poor customer service. The customer is always right. He was short and rude and tried arguing back about what I'd said and refused to reimburse me. Not happy with their company or their manager whatsoever absolutely the worst customer...
