As a respite worker, I have been a regular customer 5 times per week as I take my individual to this location every day. This specific location is managed extremely poorly, the workers are overworked and are understaffed every day; provoking multiple customers. This has become an unsafe environment for my individual. Additionally, the location now charges for a cup of water in a reusable cup brought from the primary residence. Now I am having to pay additional fees for something that should be free. I did politely ask a worker if this is across all locations/if it's a managers decision for this change, since I would then need to report to my other coworkers. They then proceeded to ignore anything I had to say, including my "have a good evening!"
Even when met with kindness, the workers here eminate negativity. I pursue to create nice environments for everyone, but this location does not meet that level of reciprocation.
My word of advice: go local instead. Much more worth while than...
Read moreThe place is run by a bunch of bonobos that do not know what they're doing. They fk around with the food and make sure half the food you order is wrong...or missing. If you ever get desperate enough to come here, make sure you order in person so you have more motivation to call them on their bs...I'm sure they only fk with the drive-through orders because they know if you're standing right in front of them they actually have to do their job. However, if you go through drive-through, order one item so their bonobo brains can process it. Make sure you don't make them pick between different breads/bagels because they're 100% going to get it wrong. PS The young female employees are disrespectful (heard them talking s**t to customers )/ extremely unprofessional. Read moreThis morning me and my wife went for breakfast at this Tim Hortons at comox and terminal and the counter person who is in the picture I took said that we had to leave my wife's walker outside along with my cart. .? I said what for and his response was that the company has asked him to say that. ..Which I think is a lie. ..being treated like a low down dirty scoundrel is worse than being kicked in the package. .I tell you this because it's not my first incident with this establishments staff treating people this way. ..so from now on. .I won't be coming back to this Tim Hortons ever. ..
