Edit: I’ve changed my rating because of the amazing customer service. One of the owners just reached out with a really nice message explaining it was a one off mistake, and they will be offering a gift card so we can try the food again. This is incredible customer service and that alone is worth 5 stars. I look forward to trying the food again and updating this review.

I hate leaving anything less than 5 stars, so please take this with a grain of salt—this might have been a one-off situation. It could be a personal preference, but I don’t think so, and here’s why. I found the food to be extremely salty, and I’m not usually sensitive to salt. We ordered a pizza and a meatball sub for pickup, and both were overwhelmingly salty. The meatball sub bun was fresh and helped balance the saltiness a bit, but I still couldn’t eat much of it.

Again, this might just be me, but the reason I don’t think it’s a personal preference is that I typically enjoy salty foods and even add extra salt to my meals. This was so salty that I wondered if it might have been an accident during preparation. If the salt level in the meat was reduced, I think it would have been a...

I don’t even know where to start. We walked in hopeful, left frustrated, hungry, and honestly confused. The service? There was no service. One poor waitress was working the whole place alone — and while I get it, understaffing happens, it doesn’t excuse completely forgetting our order, not checking on us once, and doing it all with a face like we just ruined her day. No greeting, no smile, no nothing.

We waited so long. For what, though? The food was… just tragic. That pizza? I genuinely wish I was joking when I say I could have bought a frozen one from 7-Eleven and enjoyed it more. It was bland, sad, and just flat-out bad. I’ve had better pizza in high school cafeterias. The sandwich? Equally boring. No flavor, no effort, just… bread and disappointment. The drink we ordered was awful too — not even sure what it was supposed to be. The only decent thing we had was the pineapple juice, and that’s because it came straight from a store-bought box. Not even made in-house.

This place seriously needs to rethink what “customer service” and...

This is my first time coming here. We were passing by on Baker Street. I noticed the people's food that were sitting outside and it looks very delicious. I'm trying to wrap my mind around the price points. What's a little bit spending ordering one pizza, to drinks they were Long Island Iced Teas, a small kale salad turned out to be $78. The waiter is said it must be the taxes. I am somebody that's from the states and I have never paid that much money for a really thin crust pizza. Now granted the pizza was very very good and I do recommend...

I went to this place to end the night and it was really nice. I loved the atmosphere, the perfect place to drink, snack and talk with some friends. There was a live DJ punting music, and he was spot on in his choices, good music, not too loud, perfect to have some drinks and talk with your friends. We asked for 2 slices of pizza, and to be honest I was positively surprised, they were really good. They have a good list of cocktails, I could taste a lot but the ones I did were good. A must to visit in Nelson. I hope to return.
