Bad bad service .... first off the person doing the sitting took five minutes to seat us when there is no one in the resturant .... had to get the hotel front desk to go find the waitress who was in the kitchen joking around with the cook .... then asked if the soda was unlimited refill which she replied yes but two drinks in tells us there may be a extra charge for more refills so we decide that water is enough I guess.......when the food arrives my order is wrong ( added things that we asked not to be on the food and omitted other things asked for on the sandwich.... food was ok but really basic so it should not have been wrong in the first place) .... upcharged for condiments ..... another table ( the only other ppl in the resturant ) come in and she still got their order wrong as well ( mixes up their drinks and order ) .... as we leave I did not give her a tip due to the lack of professionalism and effort and she got offended over that and extremely rude .. challenged me as we were leaving about why she did not receive a tip ... I told her why and walked off as she was saying crude things to me in front of my wife and child .... again bad bad service and very unprofessional ..... we will not go again and will tell others not to go as well ....well Ryan .... I did tell the truth of the situation ..... we did wait before we even sat down and had a hotel staff go and find the waitress to sit us .... she told us to go to that table once she finally sat us because we asked for a window area ...maybe YOU should have the correct information before u accuse me of lying about our experience .... and no problem we will not be returning to our resturant at any time ......reviews r done to give the customer a chance to share what they experienced .....that is exactly what was done .... I have also left u a voicemail to try to speak with u directly about this review but u were unavailable at the time ...... I would prefer no further contact with u in regards to...

Nice family restaurant to bring the kids. Everyone enjoyed their food - grilled cheese and fries for one kid, spaghetti for another. I tried a greek-themed skillet for brunch - the sourdough bread on the side was a highlight. I haven't had a similar diah anywhere and would recommend it. Others in the group were happy with the Silver King Clubhouse and Pacific eggs benny (with crab). Fries were crispy. While we waited, there was interesting history to read about for the adults and colouring for the kids. Love the renos and how they have heritage themed items everywhere. Update: Angry bee large pizza was enough for two hungry adults - sweet and spicy and lots of cheese! Kid's personal pizza also came with fries, and right amount of food...

Food was decent but service was terrible. Had a lady that was very abrupt and our experience consisted of this. Walked in got greeted and sat immediately with only 1 other table we could see being used. Hostess was very pleasant. However once we got our server it went down hill as she aparenty knew the other group of people and we heard her serve them enthusiastically with all the standard questions you would expect. Not so for us. Short answers and no do you want anything other then water (only thing we had throughout entire dinner) and we felt very second rate compared to the other table that recieved good service from the same server.
