Wendy's — Restaurant in New Brunswick

This is the worst Wendy's location I have ever had the displeasure of visiting. I gave them the benefit of the doubt after my first bad visit, which consisted of a soaking wet burger stuffed with watery wilted vegetables, cold fries that tasted like dirty seawater and completely dried out luke warm chicken strips. The second time I visited I sat in the drive through for NEARLY 25 MINUTES only to get the exact same kind of food slapped together and tossed in the bag with no care whatsoever. I shrugged that off, but third time was the same and at that point I realised there was absolutely ZERO care or quality to be found at that Wendy's, it's trash and it's more expensive than ANY OTHER LOCAL FAST FOOD JOINT. I used to be a huge fan of Wendy's, I even had a "usual" order. Not anymore. Everyone working was bothered to be there, slamming the door dash window, ripping cups out to fill as if they're life was ruined to have to do their job. Food was ice cold. Asked the staff when they closed we were told 10pm however online it says 12am so we were forced to leave when we got our cold food. Huge disappointment, worst service ive ever had and bad service is the new normal this was the worst by far. Management really need to speak to their staff about how you treat people and how you behave when their are customers no matter how close to the end of your shift you are. The staff were friendly and fast, and the service was excellent even during the busy rush. The restaurant was clean and well-organized, and I really appreciated how everything came out just the way I ordered it, and there is a guy name Ali he was so good and polite i always come to see that guy he is so so good and the best Wendys in the town.
