my wife and I visited the drive-thru at the Tim Hortons location mentioned above. We ordered a vanilla iced latte without ice for my wife. Upon receiving the drink, my wife took a sip and noticed that there was no syrup added. Considering it an oversight, we returned to the drive-thru to kindly inform the staff about the missing syrup.
The elderly lady at the drive-thru window was polite and understanding. However, we couldn't help but notice the presence of the manager standing behind her. As my wife explained the situation, the manager responded with an annoyed expression and instructed the employee to add syrup to the drink. At that point, we chose to overlook the manager's rude behavior, assuming it to be an isolated incident.
To our utmost shock, as we were preparing to leave, the manager made a comment that we would have to pay extra for the syrup. This statement was completely unwarranted and revealed a clear lack of understanding of the situation. We never asked for extra syrup, but rather, we simply pointed out that there was no syrup in the vanilla latte as it should have been.
This incident left us deeply hurt and disturbed. The manager's comment not only demonstrated a lack of professionalism but also indicated a prejudiced mindset. We were made to feel unwelcome and discriminated against based on our ethnicity. As customers of Tim Hortons, we expect to be treated with respect, regardless of our background.
I am hopeful that this incident does not reflect the values and practices of Tim Hortons as a company. It is my sincere hope that the manager's behavior is not indicative of the training and guidance provided to your staff members. Racism has no place in society, and it is crucial that all employees, especially those in managerial positions, are equipped with the knowledge and awareness to treat customers fairly and...

IMO-if Travis wanted to manage a Tim Horton’s, I would definitely recommend him. 100% As a retired teacher i see— i am not talking about Tim Hortons I am talking about a young man who was hired who can go further in the company.
