I got a super Greek salad and saw them make it a meal and asked about it. The lady had absolutely no idea what I was talking about until i pointed out the sign with the option to make it a meal with either a bottle of water and 2 side salads or a smoothie for 4.99 which i thought was awesome because a smoothie is 6.49 regularly so i asked can i make it a meal and get a smoothie. the lady told me no it’s only for the salads like the pre made side ones when that doesn’t make sense because they are offering the salads in the sides already. i was very annoyed and just said forget it, the staff really could get a refresh on how to make a combo because i wanted a smoothie but she was stupid and didn’t understand what i wanted. I visited over the weekend. The young lady was so nice and accommodating as they had no teriyaki bites available. I was pleased with the healthier options provided on this menu. I took my food to go. When eating my food at a later time at home I happened upon 3 separate long, black hairs in my food. 👀 My hair is brown and curly. I have NEVER had 3 strands of hair in my food before. 🤮 What a complete turn off. It made me regret not going to Manchu Wok instead. Food was okay but customer service was horrible. We went up to order and the lady proceeded to roll her eyes at us since she was cleaning up and packing up an hour before the restaurant closed. She was extremely rude during the whole ordering process. Once we sat down to eat, three other people tried to order and they were told to go somewhere else because it was too late to order and they were trying to clean up. it was then 40 minutes before it closed.
