Don’t order on their app if you need a refund. You will be ignored if you order through their app. Went to the store & we ordered at 2:27pm. Our order was suppose to be ready at 2:36pm. The cashier man told us we “have to wait because it’s gonna take some time”. Weird because we ordered ahead of time it should have been ready. Anyways we still waited & now it is 2:47pm & they’re serving everyone in line but not our order. Keep in mind we only ordered 2 roxbox & again ahead of time. We went to cashier man & asked for refund & he said he can’t do refund if we ordered through the app because only head office has control over that. AND THEN he took our order receipt from the side machine to START our order. So our order was never in rotation especially with the other order receipts. It was just on the side machine not acknowledge or tended too. We finally got our order at 2:52PM. A total of 25 MINS. I asked for extra hot sauce, the guy behind counter gave it to me, but he had very poor manner and I felt he didn't like it that I asked for sauce. After tasting the sauce, not only wasn't hot, it was tasteless. I thought i should tell the guy. After finishing my food I went to him, he was charging another customer. When he saw me with my left over and sauce , without asking anything or making eye contact, threw up a plastic bag at me . Then I said , your food is amazing but please don't give this hot sauce to people. He said if you don't like it don't have it. I said I didn't know. He said then don't have it next time. When it came time to pay, she said my order is around $20, when I usually get that order, and I get it for $16. I tried to tell her that, but she crossed her arms and said sorry I don't do discounts, whoever was serving you probably gave you a discount. She rolled her eyes, and I was really done with her behaviour so I decided not to get anything anymore. She really rudely made a face and pointed to the menu screens saying that is the price.
