🚒Firehouse Subs🚒 is an awesome food chain and this new franchise does it right. The service staff (@ 5/20/23 5pm) was blazing fast, super friendly (great with kids), perfectly helpful and bang on accurate. My personal favourite item is the Club on a Sub but this time I got the Cheese Beef Brisket on White. Yes it's good. Tender, juicy, fresh beef 🍖 that's topped with cheddar cheese 🧀 and smokey BBQ sauce. This sub is a hearty messy delight.
The hero sub was also super hearty with a perfect blend of meats, provolone cheese, mayo sauce and veggies🥬🧅. An ideal sandwich 🥪
The staff was also kind enough to set up my daughter with a meat only dish of smoked turkey 🦃 since she was being picky.

Twice now I've ordered subs only to find they were skimping big time on the meat portions. The last straw was when I got a corned beef that was practically all bread and veggies with just a few sad slices of corned beef. For the price, you expect a hearty, well-stuffed sandwich - not this disappointing, meat-deficient excuse for a sub.

Today I went in to order a sub and the employee had just finished making someone else’s sub. She kept her food gloves on, cashed me out and touched the screen and machine all over the place wearing those gloves, and then went back to the food area and started touching and wiping off the cutting boards with her contaminated gloves. She was about to start preparing my food with those gloves on so I had to stop her and ask her to change them before touching my food. This is basic food handling 101.
