Never felt like giving a rating for this place until my recent visit. Customer service was never a thing here and today was the worse.
I was not sure if this is the overall franchise management or just the store, but the way how we were being treated was more than ridiculous with the attitude along with the words. Hereâs the experience:
Came here with my friend with separate apps and promotions. Upon selecting the pastry and for payment, the lady, not sure if the owner or not, very rude, mentioned that we can only use one promotion from the app even if we are paying separately. I was not sure where this was coming from, and she said they are not charities so it was not right to use two promotions. Again, TWO separate persons ordering with our own apps. What?! Where are the terms and conditions? Then she said, she will grant me exception this time, but not next time.
I felt so blessed she gave me the discount and I felt I was granted with such mercy with the discount for my friend, thank you so much, seems I begged and had this charity discount.
If this is what they want to do, please state that in the terms and conditions that a group of friends can only one one promotion, or change whatever promotion you guys have. It was more than embarrassing with people watching around.
Things were way overpriced, yes tastes okay but not with the attitude, again, this is not the first time having bad customer experience. The previous one wasnât that bad so I let it be. Anyways. Will not visit this place ever even if they offer and discounts in the future. Period.

Whenever they are there we have NEVER been greeted with a smile nor eye contact, and are talked to very shortly. We went there this past Thursday, paid for our order and these ladies couldn't seem to operate the cash register properly. When they finally took our money and printed the receipt, they gave us one without a barre code so, my wife asked for one with it as we have a loyalty card. Fatima then said abruptly "next time tell us before you pay" (again without a smile or eye contact and this is the first time we've never been given a receipt without the code). When these two are working they are the only ones to never have the cream or milks out for customer and we always have to ask, at which point they will give a small cup with a little bit in it. When they are not the ones working, the service is great, milk and creams are out, and the staff is pleasant. There needs to be some consistency, and considering the premium prices they charge, the least they can do is allow customers to use the milk or cream they need, and offer some decent customer service. These two should not be in customer service with that kind of attitude and it seems we aren't the only ones to experince this. **do not repond with your generic answer to contact you... it makes no difference at all as per the other reviews. This will be the downfall of this business unless rectified.    Read moreBeen to many Paris Baguette locations both in Korea and LA. This location is spacious, unlike the North York one. The interior is clean and there is ample seating. I went midday and there were still a large selection of pastries and sandwiches to choose from. Got about 10 pastries and a drink. The pastries, although on the pricier side, are light and tasty.
My only complaint is the service. Upon entering there were no trays. I approached the counter and there were 2 employees with their backs to me doing things. I know one of them had seen me and didn't acknowledge my presence. I was able to get the attention of another employee who brought out more trays. After selecting my pastries, I went to check out, and the process was quite slow. The employee assisting me in the transaction was busy boxing my pastries, entering the prices and chatting with her co-worker about personal matters. It took longer than it should've. And it wasn't busy at all. Someone who works there should know the pastries are light and therefore prone to the weight of other pastries. With that said, all my pastries were placed in one box, and the donuts were placed at the bottom, so their icing transferred to the other pastries. Definitely not happy, especially since these pastries are pricey and they weren't treated that way.
