I wish I could you them zero star. UNFORTUNATELY this location is the closest Starbucks to my work and I occasionally stop by to grab a coffee in the morning. I always thought staffs at this location are not very friendly compared to one at other locations. Whenever I do drive-thru it's always me that says "Thank you. Have a great day." And they just close the window at me and honestly that didn't even bother me.
However, today (August 26) all of the staffs who worked there around 7:00-7:30 including their manager were extremely rude and had a lack of customer service.
I made an online order at 6:57 am before I left my house because I wanted to order a coffee traveler and I understand it usually takes about 15 mins to make. When I got there around 7:15 it was not ready yet and that was fine. I waited about 5mins and let one of the staffs that I am waiting for the traveler as I saw a box sitting on their counter and no one was working on it. The worker said it's not ready yet. So I waited for another five mins which is almost 30mins after my initial order and the person said it will take another five mins. I told them it has been 30 mins since I made the order and their manager who was having a breakfast there said "It will be ready soon." And another staff with long braided hair with red who I think was in charge of getting it ready said the same thing with the most annoyed facial expression.
It turned out she just had to pour the coffee into the box and nobody didn't want to do it and made me wait. Pouring coffee literally took two minutes.
The worst part was- When the staff (with long braided hair with red) handed me the box of coffee. There's no stir sticks and no stickers for a cup of milk and cream so they won't leak. I had to go back to get those of course and at this point I was late for work even if I made a preorder to avoid that. I am pretty sure Starbucks has its own policy and protocols when serving coffee and it's also a common sense that the milk and cream was not to be consumed right away as they came with the traveler.
What was manager doing at that time? Blaming me for not telling them I was waiting for the traveler when I DID tell one of the staffs and when I told her she should train their staffs better she said it's not about training they just had a rough morning. That's too bad but them having a rough morning had nothing to do with me. She also offered me a free box of traveler for next time. HAHAHA. I DID NOT want free coffee from them I just wanted genuine apologies for the delay and all I got was an impression like "Okay I am sorry lady. Just get a free coffee and go."

Ā Ā Ā Read morei was really excited to see this starbucks by my home and decided to check it out. i like the interior, like any starbucks but the staff.. firstly when i walked in it was empty (understandable itās new so itās not busy) and there were 8 staff just talking. i come wait at the cash for one of the girls to take my order, i instantly felt unwelcomed when the workers glared at me saying nothing. finally one of the workers approach to take my order i say my first order and midway into my second order the girl walks away to carry the conversation to her coworkers then comes back to me. itās okay i said my order but my drinks were just not how i asked. but again i didnāt say a thing (prob should have tbh) but theyāre all new staff training w/ time improvements will be made. i just wish they were trained to just be welcoming and some professionalism.. not just highschool/college mean girl vibes. i truly hope they change for the better overtime, i love starbucks especially the...
