Bulk Barn — Restaurant in Niagara Falls

Worst experience. I Bought some stuff during busy week and couldn’t check the taste or snack it . When tried i realise cashews were bitter in taste after checking on google i got to know that they were expired. Called store if i could returned them as it was the 7th day of the purchase. I told her everything and asked about the store return policy. She said if something is wrong you can bring it to the store till the manager is here. When i reached the store to my surprise they refused by saying that , it is the 7th day of purchase we can not do anything and the cashews were open. I was in 2 weeks ago. We purchased among other things date pieces. At the time there were no other dates in stock. And these were the cheapest. The cashier billed us for the most expensive Medjool Dates, a difference of almaot $9.00. I called when I got home and spoke to the same cashier who assured me she would pass this along to management and I would get a call back the next morning. That call never came. Great options, only problem is the manager. Me and my boyfriend look young, we get carded all the time.
