The food was alright but the service was horrible. Not only that but the restaurant has a lot of flies comparable to the amount you would find near a dumpster. As for the cashier that assisted us today she was a complete mess. My friends ordered 2 whoppers and she messed the order up! Not only that but before my boyfriend and myself ordered we asked her if the whopper Wednesday deal applies to all of the whoppers which she replied “yes” to. I ordered the “Dragon Flamed Grilled Whopper” and after eating I noticed on the receipt that we didn’t receive the discount. So I was confused and went back to her to inquire just to see if there was a mistake. She immediately got defensive and said “No I did not say that” and started to get a little attitude. But our friends who ordered before us heard when we asked if the whopper Wednesday deal applies to all of the whoppers and her response and of course she still denied it. We didn’t even want the money back we just wanted to know if there was a mistake or not as it was just $3. I do not appreciate how she reacted or responded I was only looking for “sorry I made a mistake” or “the system made an error”. Even as we were talking to the manager trying to explain the issue she walked away for a few minutes then came back into the conversation interrupting us trying as we were actively trying to figure out what happened. I would definitely NOT recommend going to this location as long as she works there. We left unsatisfied with the service and I sincerely hope she either gets the proper training she needs to fulfill her position or just get fired all together. Read moreI always wondered why I never received my delivery order in a contactless bag from this location as all the other Burger King's do then one day I witnessed with my own eyes the reason why. I was at this Burger King location ordering my food when I saw an Uber Eats driver come up to the counter to collect his order. The Burger King employee gave the driver his order in a regular take out bag with a tray of drinks. The Uber Eats driver asked the employee if they had the food delivery bags available and she said yes they have them but they don't use them. The Uber Eats driver asked if she could put the order in the proper sealed bag so that he could provide a contactless delivery service. The employee said I can put the food in but not the drinks. When the Uber Eats driver told her that the drinks should be put in the bag too she responded with "Here, I will give you the bag and you can do it yourself". I now no longer wonder why I am not receiving my meals in the correct bags. I will never order from this location again. That is just...

It seems as though they only seem to care (just barely) about their meat-loving customers, while their vegetarian customers are given the short end of the stick. I ordered a veggie burger combo, and made sure to specify that I wanted all toppings that are normally included on it, as well as extra toppings. I come home with my meal to discover that they kindly went out of their way to place ZERO toppings onto my veggie burger. I suppose I should count myself fortunate to have come home with at least the patty in between the buns rather than no burger at all then, right? Dearest Burger King, if it truly is too much trouble to accomodate us vegetarians because it takes additional time/resources to prepare a veggie burger compared to a regular meat burger, then you might as well do yourselves a favor and remove it...
