A&W Canada — Restaurant in Niagara Falls

I happen to live in the vicinity of this A&W Fast Food store on Thorold Stone Rd, here in Niagara Falls Ontario, and my complaint is and has been for the past nine months, they apparently have speakers blasting loud music on the outside of their store, all hours of the day and night, because in my opinion this store is badly managed, because the current bylaws accurately describes that, after 11:pm there are restrictions in regards to the noise bylaws, these people who think they can do as they please, need a wake up call from the Canadian Government! Getting back to the bylaws in regards to noise restrictions. Any type of retail stores or commercial services, and even the general public, these bylaws apply to everyone., From 11 : pm to 6 : am, any type of noise or music has to be completely turned off period ! But, for some unknown reason, A&W must think that their above the law, because after 11 : pm I can still hear their music blasting through their outside speakers, I happen to live near this store, and most nights they keep me awake, which means I'll have to file another complaint with the city bylaws, because this nonsense...

I’ve been a vegetarian for years - until I ate from this A&W I guess. I ordered a beyond meat burger and my husband ordered an uncle burger. Unfortunately, they put his burger in the plant-based wrapper. I found out after a bite was already missing and my husband started eating his burger and told me he thought his was actually the vegetarian one. What a horrible mistake to make. The sign out front that says “Canadian owned and operated” is a joke, clearly. No Canadian is operating this place otherwise a clearly labeled package in English wouldn’t have been misused. Once my husband and I switched burgers I noticed the onions weren’t even fresh. They had started to ferment and had become transparent. I’ll be placing a call to the Health Department tomorrow. Please stay away from this location. This is the only fast food restaurant I’ve had an issue with in regards to ordering vegetarian. It is now a very common item on many menus, and a mistake like this, along with dishing out ingredients that should’ve been disposed of is...

I recently dined at A&W and I'm disappointed to say it was a stark departure from my previous experiences when the previous manager was in charge.

During my recent lunch visit, chaos reigned. Tables were neglected, the restaurant seemed disorganized, and the atmosphere was far from welcoming. When I approached the manager Gagan, for assistance with the unruly scene, their indifference was palpable. They made no effort to address the chaos, leaving patrons frustrated. This disrespectful attitude was disheartening. AH

Even more concerning was the overall disrespectful and rude demeanor of the management. It seemed customer satisfaction was no longer a priority under Gagan's management. I, as a loyal customer, had expected a pleasant lunch experience, but sadly, this visit was far from it. I believe I deserve a refund due to the disappointing atmosphere, which led me to discard and leave.
