Pho Vietnam 3969 — Restaurant in Niagara Falls

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE! Been going here for 3+ years now almost weekly. The staff are incredibly kind, considerate, and helpful! The food is superb, its amazing how much food you get for such a low price (super thankful for that, and also leads us to come more frequently). Being Vegan there are lots of options for you, most, if not all vegetarian items on the menu are vegan as well just ask your server to clarify. They've be awesome with covid and implementing safety measures to ensure everyone stays healthy. Also, their bubble tea is amazing and a nice treat to end the meal. My favourite thing to get if I want to splurge is the Spring Rolls! These aren't ordinary spring rolls, they're top tier!! They have the perfect ratio of filling to crispy coating, and the vegetarian ones even have tofu!! They are worth the extra wait time. Speaking of which, wait times are incredibly fast, I'm not sure how they do it, but we probably wait less then 10 mins most of the time. Favourite vegan dishes are 501 (spring rolls with the most amazing sweet and savory sauce i wish i had the recipe for), 503 (vermicelli noodles with thr spring roll sauce), and our usual 506 (vegan pho with lots of veggies, noodles, and deep fried tofu). If you’re a fan of authentic Vietnamese cuisine, Pho Vietnam 3969 in Montrose, Niagara Falls, ON, is a must-visit! I stopped by this cozy, newly opened spot and was genuinely impressed with the quality of food and the inviting atmosphere.

Here’s what I tried: Pho: The broth was rich and aromatic, perfectly balanced with fresh herbs, tender slices of meat, and crunchy onions. It’s the kind of soul-soothing bowl that warms you up on a cold day. Bun Vermicelli Bowl: A vibrant mix of grilled meat, crisp vegetables, and a golden, crispy spring roll, all served over delicate vermicelli noodles. The textures and flavors were spot on, especially with the tangy fish sauce dressing. Desserts: Their dessert case features some traditional Vietnamese treats like Honeycomb pandan cake and custard delights. Perfect for ending the meal on a sweet note.

The service was friendly, and the attention to detail was evident in every dish. Whether you’re a local or just visiting the falls, this spot is worth the detour.

This was the best pho that we have ever had! It was so delicious!

I have two complaints which is nothing to do with the food. To place her order took way too long as in I went to washroom I came back I waited and waited and waited and my friend said she came by gave the tea and the menus and they haven't seen her since. I don't know if she went on break or what but it was a good half hour later. That aside it was great and her service after that was pretty good.

My second complaint and this is a big one. She sat us by the window on the bench seats and stupid me, I assumed it was going to be soft and when I landed it was an owie. Then I became very uncomfortable and I'm going to pay for it the rest of the weekend at least. I don't have a lot of meat down there so I need cushion to sit on so hopefully I'll remember that and bring a cushion LOL

We ordered medium bowls and when they arrived I looked at it I looked at her and I said thank goodness I didn't order the large LOL I said most likely I'll be bringing at least half of it home which is fine and I did with extra added bean sprouts.
