Quiznos — Restaurant in Niagara Falls

I have been going to this quiznos for at least 16 years and always loved it. At one point it was not only amazing food but wonderful service and atmosphere. I was starting to get disappointed with the quality of food and service and started slowly down on my visits. I went there tonight, and the food was awful. Small amounts of everything and the service was even worse. There was a girl working named lovepreet? And another girl. I'm trying to order 5 subs, and when the one girl would ask me questions lovepreet would ask a question right away, I'm trying to answer both and lovepreet gets instantly annoyed and no patience. Right away as soon as I entered she rolled her eyes, I knew she was going to give us trouble. When asking about a type of sub we were looking for, she got snappy with me and walked away. It was the most stressful order and it didn't need to be. She then rolled her eyes at the next customer that came in and he said hi and she mumbled at him a really snotty hi. This was no where near to closing. After this.. i will find somewhere else to go. This is not the wonderful quiznos...

I recently had a fantastic experience at the Quiznos on Montrose Road in Niagara Falls! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and attentive, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. It’s clear that customer service is a priority here, as they went out of their way to make sure my order was perfect, even as they were close to closing.

I ordered the Veggie Guacamole sub, and it was excellent—fresh ingredients, perfectly toasted bread, and flavors that were just right. The combination of veggies and creamy guacamole was satisfying and full of flavor. The quality and care in preparation really stood out. The restaurant itself is clean and well-maintained, making it an enjoyable place to sit down and enjoy a meal. It’s also family-friendly, which is great if you’re bringing kids along.

I was extremely displeased with the service here, I ordered two subs and asked for my green peppers and onions to be put on before toasting and that must have made the employee (Habdi) upset because after the request he was blatantly disrespectful making the gentleman behind me sub first, cashing him out then proceeded to make my sub which also was a issue for him after declining my request to put a line of mayo on my sandwich. The ingredients are good and Quiznos is always one of the better spots to get a sub but the awful customer service for (Habdi) crew at this location needs to be addressed, I have been there multiple times and the other crew members were respectful and accommodating but after the experience with the older man (Habdi) I will no longer be coming to this location, I’d recommend just going to subway down the street or if you live between Quiznos locations like myself to just drive the extra kilometres to a different...
