It’s my birthday today on New Year’s Eve and sadly I pulled my neck out 4 days ago. I have a group coming over to my house to celebrate so I had to change plans fast and order pizza as I can’t cook with the pain I’m in. 3 days ago I called and discussed that I wanted to order the pizzas that are sold in slices at lunch time because those pizzas are thicker. I was informed that pizzas sold at lunch were 18” rounds and normally the only pizzas that they sell are 16” rounds or trays. They were willing to take my order of 3 pizzas 18” rounds. So that it would be thicker but I had to pay $3.75 a slice which I was fine with totalling $75.00. At 5:30pm today (New Years Eve) the pizzas were picked up and brought to my house. They were not the thicker slices like I ordered. When I called to inquire about my order I ended up speaking to the owner. She was sharp and unkind to say the least. I was told that because their pizza was hand made that there will always be inconsistencies and that they don’t give free pizzas. Honestly I only wanted what I ordered and never asked for free pizza. I was happy to pay extra for thicker dough but am very disappointed that I did not receive what I paid for. My pizzas are paper thin I was embarrassed to serve my guests these and so should she be.owner also said if I want more consistency next time to phone a pizza chain. Very odd! The owner hung the phone up on me once I explained and I only requested one cheese and pepperoni be delivered to me. When I called back she just said happy new year and hung up again. Very poor service and I feel ripped off. We all won’t be going back again. So...

Horrible service & will never return. I came in with my family. I asked for a menu. I then ordered off their menu a large in their "DaVinci special pizza" with drinks. After I paid, we sat down waiting am thinking the price on the menu doesn't match what I paid, I ended up paying much more. I asked to cancel the order after their explained that they gave me an "old" & that their "menu pricing has changed since but if I read to the bottom it does say "all prices are subject to change etc". I have never experienced such service where even if you gave an outdated menu with old prices you're supposed to inform your customer. Not debate with me further asking me "why didn't I check online for their menu" or tell me "why didn't I question the price before paying". I can never recommend or return to this place not just for their horrible service but their pizza crust was soggy. Just bad pizza...

If you actually had sauce that you could taste or even see it. Not enough cheese neither would be great. You could take the cheese off and not one drop of sauce would fall off. Just to blaw just cheese and crust. Maybe because it was a slice but If thats what your slice is like then that's what you're pie is like. I find Niagara falls has tons of pizza places but I haven't found any worth regular ordering!! I would have gave at least a four star if you had more sauce and cheese!! _$4 a slice is expensive especially when I can go and get 2 slices and a large pop for $5!! I actually ordered a pizza and got extra sauce and double cheese and it definitely makes a difference. So if you want a good pizza order extra sauce and...

Great pizza place in the Falls :) customer service was excellent however, if you plan on getting a party tray, keep in mind that the slices are pretty thin. My family and I got a party tray, three lbs of wings, and dipping sauce which costed us about $75 after the tip. A little more expensive than other pizza joints however, the quality is definitely there. If you plan on picking up, the parking lot is easy to get in and out of. There is a decent amount of parking. I would definitely order from here again :)

I called to order delivery and asked how long the guy told me 25 -35 minutes but it's over an hour and still waiting. Hopefully worth the wait... Maybe just a busy night but when I called for an update I was told five minutes... And then I called again and then was put on hold I hung up and called back and then was hung up on... Pizza showed up cold.. wings cold too... Not good.
