Super disappointed by this experience. We had heard good things and were excited to try Shake Therapy so we went for my husband and daughter’s joint birthday. First we asked if my husband would get his free because on their website it says you get a free shake on your birthday. They said no but they could do a slice of cake instead which was totally fine with us and appreciated. But when my husband got the cake it was completely stale. It was actually chewy. He took a few bites and didn’t say anything since it was free anyways but kind of a letdown. I ordered the Reese’s delight milkshake which was good but my daughter ordered the unicorn rainbow crazy shake and it was terrible and such a let down. It didn’t even look at all like the picture. She kept talking about the “horn” and what it would be made out of. It wasn’t even on top of the milkshake or in the shape of a horn. There was also no cupcakes as advertised in the description. And the cotton candy was rock hard. My daughter didn’t even want to eat it. And the macaroon cookie (also stale) was coffee flavour or a dark chocolate so she didn’t eat that either. Got the unicorn shake was a real let down. Saw the reviews was good rated so came here but didnt actually read any reviews. If i did I would have saw all the complaints about this shake. Its surprising even with these bad reviews the staff dont let you know or there are not signs to let you know this shake is pretty much discontinued. They will let you pay the 15$+tax for it but you will get none of the garnish. Most expensive bubblegum shake ive ever had. It was good but id never come back for the deception. Very unfortunate the owner obviously doesn't care.

Owner clearly tries to fake reviews by reporting non 5 stars. My girlfriend posted the unicorn we got 4 days ago with a 5 star review so clearly we were in withen the last week.
