Your Neighbourhood Pizza Company — Restaurant in Niagara Falls

I was just here picking up my pizza that I had order just 20 mins before that in person. When I went in, no one acknowledged me, and when this one girl did from the back and came to help me, the lady that seemed to be the manager, told her not to help me for some reason. All this was happening when my pizza was done. Then, I waited a good 5 mins, and then someone else entered and the same girl that was sent back came to help her who was also picking up her pizza just like me. She was attended to in a timely manner and it makes me think they had a problem with me or something. Then, I just had to call someone and tell them that I'm waiting for this order and it was done, so they passed it and I left. Really disappointed with this experience and it was just simply rude of them to treat me this way and the other lady that came after me was treated with respect and in a timely manner. I don't think I'll be going back here again and believe there's some racism going on...

This place is garbage! Please read the whole thing. The wings are good but when my pizza came it wasn't cooked, I called back they said they will bring another witch is awesome. It took another hour to show. I called back to speak to the manager to just cancel it because by that point I wasn't hungry also on top of that I found a hair in it. I just implied ill just come to get my money back (paid in cash) He started to raise his voice saying "it should be their!" witch it wasn't. He then said "to bad" I repied saying "and your the manager? He said "yeh" then hung up smacking the phone down hard. In my eyes a manager doesn't create more problems they fix them. So everyone make sure to check your pizza before you leave this place just in case you have a hair in it. P.S I have never complaind about a pizza place or write a review but in this case the manager was really rude and just cares for himself...

It is a funny situation about the review before this one. I was speaking to an employee there the other day when I was picking up my weekly order ( always fresh hot and delicious and it's been that way for 10+ years) and I asked them about thst review because I was curious why anyone would ever have a problem with their order here. They said that the reviewer placed the order at the front counter. Then came back 50 mins later to pick up the order. Having worked in the food service business myself, of course the poutine is cold and the cheese went hard. Chicken wing sauce camarlize after sitting in a box for too long. Pizza and wings are best eaten fresh just like any other take out food in the world. Please people ignore reviews of people who seem to just want to complain about something because they can. It's just too easy these days to hide behind your screen...
