Taco Bell — Restaurant in Niagara Falls

I usually go to this taco bell as it’s convenient, i never have a problem with the service or people just often i have to park and wait for them.. not a complaint on my end though, just means the food is fresher! but tonight i was extremely disappointed with the service. before i paid they had my food ready not accounting that i might make changes?… i went over my order and decided to subtract nacho cheese from my item and add 2 orders of sour cream that, i willingly offered to pay for! they questioned if i could just take the burrito they had already made with nacho cheese, but i had to decline because that was not my interest. she then huffed and puffed. quickly our food was ready, which was nice. I get home and realized they have not given me the sour cream, that i paid extra for… And i can’t help but feel like that was spiteful because i declined the ready burrito with nacho cheese before i even finished paying for my meal… interesting. the customer service skill this evening were definitely.....

Hope you feel good about being incredibly rude to a 13 year old who had never picked up a mobile order. Should have been straight forward pick up and go. Forgetting the drinks then making her stand there for 10 minutes after questioning if the order even had drinks when you have access to the reciept, walking away and leaving her standing there not knowing what happened. If you don't have what is stated on your mobile order just communicate that! Don't hand someone a cup and say get it yourself. Simply could have said, sorry we actually dont carry regular just the freeze its a mistake with our mobile order would've solved all the issue. Customer service 101. This is by far the best Taco Bell in the area. In fact, I come in from St. Catharines to get it here because the ones in St. Catharines are terrible. That being said, they have messed up my order 3 times in a row now. I use the mobile app so everything is plain and clear for them to see. But, for some reason they have given me nacho supreme instead of fries supreme, two visits in a row. Today I ordered two double decker tacos with side supreme. It’s on my receipt, I paid for it, yet there were no tomatoes or sour cream on my tacos, nor were they on the side. This is where I have a problem. When I pay extra for something and don’t get it.
