I had a really frustrating experience with this location. I work close to the border (but not at the border), and I placed an order to a nearby parking lot near my workplace. The address was accepted, the order went through, and the store made the pizza and sent it out for delivery.
The driver got literally one minute away from the delivery location, then marked the order as âcompleteââbut I hadnât received anything. I called the store, and they told me the driver had forgotten the dipping sauce and had gone all the way back to the store to get it. That already didnât make much sense.
Then, not long after, I received a call from the store telling me that they donât deliver to the address I had used. That was confusing and frustratingâespecially because they had already accepted the order, made the food, and sent a driver almost all the way there.
If the address was out of the delivery area, that shouldâve been flagged right awayânot after the pizza was made and almost delivered. It was a huge waste of time and left me without lunch during a busy workday.
Iâve ordered from many Dominoâs locations without issues, but this experience really missed the mark. I hope this store can take a closer look at how their system handles delivery zones and...

Pizza guy shows up with no itemized receipt...so I call back and the same girl who took my order, appologized for the error and would send driver back to me with the requested receipt. Great! Finished eating the pizza, opened the box of cinnastix, no frosting! Called back Dominos, first she said she would refund me for the missing frosting...lol...then she realized that I didn't want to eat dry cinnastix! The driver arrived with my receipt, with 5$ for the cinnastix and he had a bit of an attitude! I'm actually fed up with the mistakes and poor attitudes that I encounter, more often than not, from many Dominos stores, both in Canada and the USA. This latest one, will be the last one for me, as I will totally stop ordering from the Dominos Corporation, and spend my $$$$, somewhere...
   Read moreOrder 2 pizzas over the phone , girl on phone repeats order back messed up two toppings on a two toppings pizza so I corrected her reading it back. Arrive and take them home and find still messed up the order. Call back offer to bring the pizza back told to keep it and they'd remake the messed up one for me . Arrive and then they break the seal on the new pizza and realize they messed that own up as well, only to ask if I'd accept it knowing they messed that one up as well . To top it off they charge me for that one as well so now I have two messed up large pizzas and paid for both. Disappointed in the performance and lack of effort. Will be contacting head office...
