Service was horrible, food was garbage, took forever to make my order, overall deserves less than one star.
Experience: It was a Sunday afternoon after visiting Niagara falls my family and I decided to take a break from site seeing and enjoy the last few hours of daylight to find great deals on clothing. As my family quickly scurried away from the car, me and my cousin decided to cool down with a McDonald's classic, Oreo mcflurry. With the idea of reuniting with my family for the next few hours of fun shopping, I was happy to find that there was no one in line. However what I thought to be an usually quick McDonald's experience, quickly turned into a lengthy wait from hell. As a stood before the cash register I was quickly greeted with horrible customer service, before I could say anything the cashier ran away. I was surprised because the McDonald's seemed to be very calm with only 2 people waiting for their food and 4 cars in the drive through. I waited.... For a total of 5 minutes Being the forgiving person I am and having experience in the fast food industry I was not angered and simply ordered 2 snack sized oreo mcflurrys. Let's keeps in mind OREO. I gave the cashier my money and awaited for the call of my number. As I waited and looked down at my phone, many numbers zipped passed my ears, 784, 213, 274, but yet my number had not been called. I was getting impatient now, but I was still understanding so I asked when my order was ready in a polite and respectful tone. The glared at me and grabbed the 2 mcflurrys FROM BEHIND THE COUNTER, BEHIND THE COUNTER. I was tired at this point and just wanted to be reunited with my family for the last few hours of my visit to the outlet. So I left with my cousin and began to snack on the OREO mcflurrys that I had ordered. But as I took my first bite, I was surprised because the texture and salty taste did not resemble the taste of the classic Oreo taste. I looked down at the mcflurry I had waited so long for, turns out it had been the wrong FLAVOUR THE NEW CREME BOLEGG I DONT CARE WHAT ITS CALLED BECAUSE NO ONE WILL EVER ORDER IT. now I was mad, I WAITED 20 MINUTES FOR A ORDER THAT WAS WRONG AND WHEN I LEFT I COULD HERE THE MOCKING COMMENTS FROM THE CASHIERS COWORKS. I WAS FURIOUS AND BEING THE 6 FEET BIG ASIAN MAN I AM I WAS GOING MERK THE CASHIER RIGHT IN JAW. Buuuuuutttt I realized my family was waiting for me and what God has taught me is to respect others. The rest of the story is quite repetitive so to make a long story short, I ended up leaving with 2 semi melted mcflurrys.
VERY UPSET, I recommend going over to the food court or the food trucks at least for a more premium of a price you receive better service and better food.

First of all they left me standing there for at least 5 minutes with no one else at the counter before anyone served me. I knew it was 11 when they finally took my order but menu hadn't changed and was still showing breakfast. I ordered a bagel with egg and bacon sandwich. I had to repeat everything to her first she said you want an egg Mc muffin I said yes on a bagel she goes so you want an egg.( Like what did you not here me? Does an egg Mc muffin not come with an egg?). She then goes so you want it on a English muffin. Umm do you speak English a bagel. She then asked what kind I said plain bagel. She asked again you want an egg. Now I give her a dirty look and said yes with bacon. Now she's giving me attitude. I'm sorry I repeated everything that you put on it. What more do you want. So order was placed. I see young boy say something about bacon and she screams out it's after 11 breakfast is over. Gives me a look but doesn't say anything I tried to say to her is my breakfast sandwich not coming? She was out of there. I get my sandwich get to my car this is what I got An egg on a bagel with cheese, mayo, tomato and lettuce not on sandwich but in wrapper slapped together. Boy obviously told her they have no bacon instead of saying Anything to me she just yelled at him and still charged me for the bacon. She shouldn't be there. If she is the manager she needs to be let go. I'm sorry she should not be there at all terrible worker or manager. Will not go here anymore I will starve before I step...
Read moreI went through the drive through and ordered a Bacon Chicken McCrispy, no tomato, when I got to the window she said spicy bacon McCrispy, I said no. I can’t have spices, I ordered the regular one. At no point did I mention spicy when ordering. When I went to pay, I confirmed- this isn’t the spicy they gave me and she said no. It’s not. She didn’t even look in the bag she just handed it to me. I though odd. I drove away and pulled over taking a bite without looking at the sticker - it was the spicy. I turned around and went back and they gave me another one. Bun wasn’t fresh, and they literally seemed like they scraped the sauce off of another one as it had No sauce. The attendant- she took the one I had bitten, back and she gave me a new one - Chicken or something was still very very spicy. Now my heart is racing and lips swelling. I don’t know what spices they use but I CAN’T have them. Thinking of filing a lawsuit now because I am having reactions- seriously- my hard earned money goes to order what I desire. I work in customer service and If I don’t have happy clients that are paying for products then we deal with it. My entire mouth is on fire. They literally just put my life at risk. There’s a reason people don’t order certain things- sometimes it is NOT preference but life threatening situations. My entire throat and mouth are burning and swelling. Because In the end they still gave me a spicy chicken or with spicy sauce. Learned my lesson. Won’t be supporting...
